6/10Some staff were more friendly than others. It was busy with big groups dining, so the staff had a lot to do. Even so, some made a special effort to make sure we were well looked after. Pasta dishes were great, good wine selection

10/10Very nice outdoor space and nice waitstaff. We enjoyed the food and wine, and thought the prices were reasonable. Definitely give this place a try!

5/10The service and food were disappointing. The place was nearly empty. There was 1 server, and I’m not sure there was much help in the kitchen. It seemed like it was a one man show. Nicely appointed environment, but no one to cook and serve the food!

8.5/10The restaurant is part of the hotel San Grigorio. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and had dinner in the restaurant one evening. Very convenient but there are many good places to dine in Pienza

8/10La Piezzetta is a super nice restaurant located in the center of Pienza. We were welcomed by one of the waiters and were given a nice table in the terrazza. We arrived earlier for an aperitivo and ordered 2 spritz that were served with cheese, melon and prosciutto. For dinner we chose the gnocchi and the sirloin steak. The gnocchi was okay (not memorable) but the sirloin steak was really good. For dessert we shared the torta della nona that was recommended by our waiter and that we would recommend! We would definitely come again to La Piazzetta and recommend it to other people visiting Pienza.

5.5/10When we arrived at the restaurant nobody came to receive us. We had to enter and look for a waiter to indicate where we could sit. After sitting we had to complain as nobody came to take our order after 20 minutes waiting. We finally ordered the food but the water said he could not take the order for the drinks. Another long time waiting for someone to come. The food took normal time to be served. We ordered a beef and a nhoque. Nothing special. The food was OK but not tasty. The service was very slow but the staff was nice. I will not go back again to this restaurant.
