Service was well intentioned and satisfactory but the food was terrible. Main course beef stew and pasta dishes were just re-heated, not fresh. Unfortunately they were not heated very well. The stew was almost cold and taste was unpleasant. I would not recommend.

The one man service is not enough for all restaurant. The wine is wrong taken for me. When he show me the name of wine, it is similar with my choice. So i didn't recognize it. Moreover，I figure it out that the other table serive is also bad just like the wrong dishes for customer. The repeat dishes for customer etc. God~~

The food offer appears a bit pretentious but the quality is mediocre - the price is definitely too high for the value

Some staff were more friendly than others. It was busy with big groups dining, so the staff had a lot to do. Even so, some made a special effort to make sure we were well looked after. Pasta dishes were great, good wine selection

Very nice outdoor space and nice waitstaff. We enjoyed the food and wine, and thought the prices were reasonable. Definitely give this place a try!

The service and food were disappointing. The place was nearly empty. There was 1 server, and I’m not sure there was much help in the kitchen. It seemed like it was a one man show. Nicely appointed environment, but no one to cook and serve the food!

The restaurant is part of the hotel San Grigorio. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and had dinner in the restaurant one evening. Very convenient but there are many good places to dine in Pienza
