Ciao Federica, forse hai ragione per la serata di venerdì del tuo arrivo con il locale era "tutto riservato". Però sarebbe stato bello sapere cosa avevi ordinato (alcuni piatti per la loro particolarità richiedono tempi un pò lunghi soprattutto quando vi è tantissima gente che hanno ordinato prima di voi).... Se poi chiedete direttamente di mangiare la Carbonara (senza neanche un antipasto per limitare i tempi di attesa), allora bisogna attendere il proprio turno di arrivo visto che abbiamo molte richieste su tale piatto.. Non capisco del "2" sul servizio ed accoglienza che mi sembra un pò ridicolo visto che tutti apprezzano la nostra disponibilità verso il cliente..... Mi dispiace per come avete impostato il vostro commento, basta una dicitura messa male e potreste rovinare un locale che si impegna per soddisfare i clienti in tutti i modi.... Se mi dici dove lavori vengo anch'io a fare una recensioni (hahahaha)

The service was excellent and the food and wine just as good! Truly an authentic Italian restaurant, no English on the menu, we were eating like the locals do. And the locals made a steady stream for take away pizza while we were there. Hubs had pizza which he loved, I had pasta and then the balsamic chicken, Very yummy. A bottle of wine, a bottle of water, 2 bruschetta, a pizza, a pasta and the chicken with greens was only 51,80€ plus we had a Fork discount of 6,30€ so it was only 45,50€ truly a bargain for a perfect meal. Wonderful little place, Highly recommend.

We have had many fantastic pizzas at La Pietra Scheggiata, but today the pizzas for me and Mia Moglie were optimum and superior. The absolute best Roman style pizza we have ever had. I am still hearing it (alla Bonci crunch), tasting it and savoring it 3 hours later. What an awesome treat!!!!

Fantastic. The pizza is so amazingly outstanding that I seldom get any of the other menu items. Recently, I forced myself to try something else. I can report that the pasta carbonara is also outstanding!!!!

My Roman Wife and I now go weekly for a pizza. The pizza is simply outstanding as is the friendliness and atmosphere. The only complaint from her is that the suppli and pizza are so good with pizza being large enough to dismiss any thoughts of dessert. Great place, people and food.
