4.5/10We booked the place for a big 40th birthday but was very disappointed we have chosen this restaurant. The people who worked that night looked so unhappy to be there. When asked to take a picture, they responded like it was a chore. My child was told off that she was noisy but honestly the sound of their music was louder. Not my going there ever again.

10/10The food is exceptional; if you look for real south american beef meet, prepared with refined skill and know-how,served in large portions by a crew which is kind, attentionate and full of humour, there is no better place, and the singers presence warms every audience. Upon that the house wines are well chosen, the special brew is tasteful and not too strong, and all that for reasonable prices. No better place to eat out in Bruges.

7.5/10Good food, But Not extraordinary. Small, crowded Restaurant, Very loud. Service was Ok. We had chosen this Restaurant, because IT was the top rated one on tripadvisor. I think There are better ones in bruges. Top: live music!

10/10La Plancha was a real gem in Bruges — one of those places you’re genuinely glad you stumbled upon. The steak was cooked perfectly, and what really stood out was the chef/owner taking the time to come out personally and make sure everything was to our liking — a lovely touch that made the whole experience feel special. The food, service, and atmosphere all hit the mark. Highly recommended.

4/10Booked for a special occasion due to reviews on line. Very disappointed. Not sure if the reviews are AI generated? We had booked a table well in advance for family occasion. We were given 3 separate tables. Had to try and sort it ourselves but ended up in two groups. Two male wait staff were rude and unfriendly. Service was poor. The food was tasty with large portions. However drinks left empty. No offer of dessert. We left and had dessert in a restaurant across the road where the staff were friendly and attentive and salvaged the evening. Much better restaurants in Bruges.

4/10The service was mediocre; the waiters had no time at all to attend to the table. Their hygiene standards were very poor. The meat platter arrived cold, and overall the entire restaurant experience was very mediocre.

Empty space with almost no customers. Menu was poor. No clear explanation if it’s spicy or not. At the end all we ordered was really spicy. Taste was very average, though price was high. Staff was careless. Wine selection was poor. Prices were too high for such cheap positions. Total disappointment. Can’t understand how the place arrived to have such high ratings.

9.5/10Excellent food and ambiance! My tuna was cooked perfectly as was my wife’s filet mignon - just as ordered. My wife had a limoncello spritz and I had a local beer and both did not disappoint! The only negative was that seconds after my wife ordered her filet she saw another patron receiving her prawns and immediately asked our waitress if she could change her mind to order the prawns. She was told it was already too late as the filet was on the grill. In the end the filet was great but the waitress could have been more accommodating.

10/10Was amazing experience! The chef even came from the kitchen to explain the cooking process and all the meats! We ate the 2 person plancha(which was enough for 3 in our case). Cocktail and drinks were on spot! Would definitely recommend!

The meet have too much pepper and condiments, which is why the taste of the steak was no longer felt. Potatoes have ketchup on top and the salad contained 3 types of fruit that were too strong in taste and didn't combine well ( cantaloupe, blackberries and passion fruit)

6.5/10The price is to high for this kind of food, it is ordinary+ and we had a good meal but you would be able to find similar with a 25% lover price. With 4 dinners/days in Brugge, this meal for 6 persons had a higher price for 20-25 % more than others we had and in comparison with the qulity and quantity, it is to expensive, but we was satisfied with thw metal, for sure.

What they’re selling as filet mignon is not the tenderloin. Different cut much more chewier. Chef said he would explain as 3 tables of us were quite inquisitive to what that were trying to do. But was too busy smoking and talking to friends to follow up. Sad. Nice place but trip advisor has overrated it.
