The food was delicious—every dish great. But the turbot was the star. Absolutely delicious.

I went by myself, which can be tricky, but I need not have worried. Kind but not over-fussing staff, menu more varied than in many Rome trattorias with an especially appealing list of dishes of the day, and delicious food. A really enjoyable experience.

Very attentive and helpful service, food was presented nicely paced with the appropriate utensils. Everything was fresh and delicious. We' will definitely go back the next time we are in Rome!

We waited an hour to receive our entrees. Need I say more? Management apologized, but made no effort to make things right. Food was ok, but Rome is full of fine restaurants and we won’t be back to this place.

I enjoyed the Carbonara although it was a little al dente for me. My husband had a pasta dish with seafood that he really enjoyed as well. The service was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was a bit warm and bright, but we also dined early. We enjoyed our meal and it was close to our hotel so that was an added bonus.

Nice meal in a lovely setting. Our wine wasn't cold when it arrived, so we had to wait while it cooled down on the ice (on our wish, not the waiters' suggestion).

Mediocre food, at best. Caprese salad came with robbery and aged mozzarella, saggy tomatoes, without any taste. Sliced beef with potatoes was hardly eatable. Beef was so tough that you could not be sliced. They basically ripped it apart in small chunks. Fried potatoes were way too salty, so I couldn’t finish them. Other than that , the rest is nothing special. Avoid!

I were expecting a little bit more from the carbonara to be honest. I heard that they made it to perfection, but it seemed like bacon and not guanciale. The creaminess wasn’t there, and it I got way better for less money other places in Rome. The service was formidable, but I think the ambience were a bit cold, and not as cosy as I expected. Some of the other dishes were very good, the ravioli for instance wow. I would recommend, and I would also come back.

The server did not specify cost of entree. We received no bread or olive oil until we asked - meanwhile other tables seated after us had already received their bread and appetizers. The server made us feel as if we should only order what he recommended. They checked on plenty of other tables, but always skipped ours. We were not offered wine or water.

Great place, great food and amazing service.

Food was very average. Waiter gave us dirty plates. Bad service, didn’t clear our plates and just plopped food down on the table, we cleared our own plates basically. There were fruit flies everywhere and we couldn’t even enjoy our meal with all this going on. Ran out of there as soon as we were done eating. Will never come back.

Excelent main dish (lamb in crust olive) and excelent red wine suggested by the owner (region of Alba) Tiramisu should be less creamy/cheesy but with more coffee.

Very nice location, try to get a table outside. The food is great, we tried the classic pasta dishes Cacio e Pepe and spaghetti Vongole. Will most likely come back when we are in Rome next time.

i was disappointed we couldn't get an outside seat so book early but the inside is air conditioned and very nice. From that point onwards the meal was superb. Great service, excellent food (we had fresh fish cooked to order) and good value compared to other options around . Highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to eating there again. Overall favorite restaurant on trip to Rome
