We were highly recommended to this local restaurant, and the majority of the meal was great, the food excellent and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was badly spoiled by it taking over half an hour from requesting the bill to be able to make payment. Apparently, only the lady running the kitchen is also able to process these items and, with a busy restaurant and young (inexperienced?) waiting staff who may forget to pass on messages such as the request for a bill, the post-food element can, and in our case did, fall apart. A great shame as it is all part of the total experience, it's not just about the food.
