10/10Simply superb the food was delicious and chef Clement prepared very innovative and nouvelle dishes with unusual twists. The 3 couse menu was more than adequate and included an amuse bushe and a cheese plate in addition. Jean Frédérique the sommelier was very knowledgeable and introduced us to pomme de cidre from Maison Gamet as an accompaniment to our desert and the Pinot noir we had been drinking Isabel just made our night and could not have made us more at home whilst the other serveuses were attentive and friendly The restaurant is fully deserving of its Michelin star. Of particular note was their attention to my wife who was in a wheel chair the accessibility of ammenities.

10/10Set in a serene intimate dining room with an open kitchen in the iconic Auberge du Jeu de Paume in Chantilly, France, la Table du Connétable takes Michelin dining to an impressive new level. We were allowed to choose from the entire menu to compose our own prix fixe several course dinner. Service was attentive, elegant and unobtrusive. The overall experience was memorable and quite deicious, a feast for the eyes and the palate. I cannot recommend highly enough. Exquisite!

4.5/105 course chefs menu without any fish or beef. Just chicken. Our server spoke very poor English and spoke so softly no one heard her. Every dish was a mystery. When we did question her she could not explain the dish. Overall, a very underwhelming dinner for a quite significant sum.

10/10It was our last day in France and wanted a memorable gastronomic experience. After visiting the beautiful Chateau, we had an opportunity to cool in the bar while waiting for our 7:30 seating. We were greeted very warmly and seated immediately. Was charmed by the very considerate touch of the wooden mushroom used to seat my purse. We chose the Chef Julien's prix fixe and was delighted with the starters (tomato caviar or foie gras terrine), the carp in variation entree for both of us, the desserts of strawberry dumplings or rhubarb elderflower blocks. We added the cheese course and had a delicious variety to choose from. Our courses were paired with Loire Sancerre and Burgundy Pinot Noir. The service was great and we had a nice time.

9/10Dining room needs to be redesigned, it is terribly out of style and could accommodate more diners if it were updated.
