3.5/10Cold food and even coffee, medium entrecote became over well done, etc. After complaining they served us new food but no apologies or anything. Looks great from the outside but the food makes it a terrible experience.

6/10The location was fine, yet quite crowded. Not much space between the tables. Maximizing revenue. In the beginning "The Fork" action was not present in the minds of the service personal. Everybody was in a husstle. The stress could be felt.. Service coordination was not good... different waiters contacted us for the same reason at different times. From order to serving was quick. The paella was OK, but not that tasty. The fish meal, my father ordered, was fine. Well, its a lot of tourism there... but we won't go back there.

8.5/10Second time we came to eat at Le Terrasse, and food was again great. unfortunately, the service was not at the same level as the first time and they missed we reserved a table with the Fork (with related offer)

6/10I booked on The Fork for this restaurant, with a 50% off offer. On arrival I spoke to the waitress and said I had a reservation and she said just sit there and pointed at a table. I know at this point my reservation hasn’t been registered so will not accept the discount, shortly after an elderly gentlemen comes over in a suit who works there, I explain but seems like be pretends not to understand what I’m trying to say. After this I order, food is fine, not the issue here, but the service is poor. Time to ask for the bill, I ask another waiter, he comes over with the bill, €96 for dinner, no discount, I then have to explain again I had a reservation with a discount offer, he looked very annoyed at me and eventually accepts, took 20 seconds to do on his machine, done. But why make it so difficult? This place is a bit of a tourist trap, bit disappointed I fell for it, food is fine but service isn’t good and there’s zero atmosphere in this restaurant.
