10/10We had a beautiful breakfast at Laduree! The ambiance was unmatched and the staff were all so friendly to my baby daughter and I, especially our waiter Salah. He was so patient with the baby and so kind. I was very touched by how understanding he was of the baby being a baby. Best macarons in the world too! Everything was top notch and we’ll never forget it!

8.5/10The decor is really good. The restaurant can be divided into three areas. Tiffany green bar, Tiffany green area and pink floral area. Each area has its unique decor. It is hard to get a table if not book in advance. The staff recommended good food for me based on my requirements. Very good to try once in a life time

9.5/10We were accommodated immediately upon presenting for our reservation. The decor and ambiance exceeded expectations. Food was very good from the drinks, entrees, and the desserts. Only issue was out server asked if we were from USA then proceeded to charge us extra for tip even though that is not the custom in France. It was clear deception to get extra money knowing we were American.

9/10Great servive, and food quality is good but no vegetarian main / warm dishes available at all which is a disappointment. Of course still did not get hungry but a fair warning to other vegetarians.

9/10The ambience of the restaurant was exceptional. We ordered French toasts and they were heavenly! The only con was that the prices were too much. We have dined in at several other expensive places in Paris but at Ladurée the prices were high for the food you’re getting. Otherwise the overall experience was good :)

8/10The desserts were amazing and the service was good. Unfortunately there was a lot of screaming children running around the dinning area which made our dinner a bit unpleasant. This is not the restaurants fault, but it was not a relaxing tea time.

5/10Ladurée is visually stunning but the food and service are inconsistent. The experience started with only 1 menu initially given for 3 guests. Then table bread and butter served without bread plates for each guest. The 30 euro sandwiches (eg club sandwich) were only able to be eaten with a fork due to soggy bread. The 40 euro macaron tree was also served without dessert plates. My female guest entered the bathroom where the stall was missing a toilet seat. There was no air conditioning for a humid day in Paris At premium prices, one would expect a premium top-notch experience. Very disappointed.

2/10Made a reservation for La Paeva menu for my child an her father. They did NOT serve them: baguettine et brioche and de salade de fruits. They did not complain because they just wanted to have a good time. I m not trusting again what you publish.

8.5/10The overall restaurant experience was amazing. My family and I went for the brunch and it was certainly worth it. Our only suggestions for the restaurant: we arrived at 1120am for our 1130am reservation. They were not ready to start seating until 1135am so we were asked to stand to the side. However, when they did seating, the lady just walked up to people asking their names to take them upstairs. We had to stop her immediately as she went to a group of ladies who had just walked in and we along with 2 other groups were waiting for the last 10 minutes. Once we got our table the ambiance and decor is just amazing and stunning. It is beautiful. The food buffet was nice, but expected a bit more for children like pasta station, more cooked vegetables or nice tea sandwiches. Menu on that side was very limited for our son. The food for adults was well selected from seafoods to red meats and vegetarian. Desserts were amazing & champagne kept flowing

7.5/10The ambiance was very nice but much more touristy than when I first went over twenty years ago and also about five years ago. Also, our waiter disappeared half way through our meal and despite asking two other waiters for our bill and waiting over 30 minutes, I finally had to go to the front of the restaurant and ask the hostess for assistance. I most likely won’t return again.

3/10The dessert bar was absolutely superb. The harmony of six different sweets was simply perfect, and I wanted to express my appreciation for that. However, the atmosphere and service at the dessert bar were almost the worst I have ever experienced. As travelers from Japan, we had been looking forward to this experience and made a reservation about two months in advance. When we arrived at 12:30, we were told that the time slot had been changed to 3:00 PM, and we had to come back later. This change was made without any prior notice to us, causing us to waste half a day and forcing us to make a special trip back to the restaurant at 4:00 PM on the same day. Moreover, the dessert bar was completely empty, indicating that the establishment had no intention of providing service in that area. We were the only ones seated there, and it turned out that the dessert bar was actually a passageway to the restroom. Customers were constantly walking back and forth in front of us, making us feel like we were on display. The service we received was completely different from what we had reserved. No macarons were served during the experience; instead, they were handed to us as a casual takeaway at the end. Despite this poor experience, the restaurant did not offer any apology. It was the worst service I have ever encountered. Without the delicious desserts, the entire experience would have been a disaster. The taste of the desserts was the only saving grace.

7.5/10We were excited to have a dinner reservation at Laduree. While the ambiance and service were very nice. For the cost of the meal...the food left something to be desired. My chicken club sandwich had very dry, thin and tough to cut chicken "tenders". The desert and macaroons were delicious...but not enough to make up for the so so main meal.

8/10We booked a tea lunch online for a specific time, but unexpectedly arrived more than an hour early and asked if they would allow us to be seated. The staff were very perturbed and definitely let us know! While we were eventually able to be seated, we no longer had access to the menu that we had booked for our tea lunch, which was disappointing. The food (quality and portions) were excellent, and the ambience is wonderful except if you're seated along the path to the toilets (people walk right by your chair every few minutes) which is very distracting. The service was very good but I didn't appreciate being asked for a tip by the waiter - seemed to be taking advantage of Americans whom are known for tipping in the US. I would return here to buy macarons, but not for lunch, as it was quite expensive.

10/10Wonderful staff and the food was great! I was expecting the food to be okay thinking that the hype was mostly about the location and beauty of the restaurant, boy was I wrong. The food and drinks were great and the staff were wonderful. After dinner we stopped down to get macarons and my party devoured the whole box, they were delicious! I do recommend getting a reservation ahead of time because we were able to skip the long line and get seats immediately. When I’m in Paris again I will 100% be back to Ladurée!

5.5/10Honestly from the second we walked in it was clear that the employees didn’t know what was going on. We were sat in the wrong area despite stating that we had a tea time reservation and then were questioned by several employees for something that was their own mistake. We were then sat in the correct spot but received the worst service either of us have ever had. The waiter made odd comments about where we were from, was condescending, messed up our macaron order twice, and literally made us explain what was supposed to be included on the Prix fixe menu to him. We were completely appalled and disappointed in what was supposed to be an enjoyable and luxury experience. We don’t expect perfection, but for 190€ we at least expect the staff to know the menu, be kind, and be more willing to help sort out any misunderstandings. Genuinely, we will probably never eat at laudree again. We may even think twice before buying what has up until this experience been our favorite macaron brand.

2/10WE WERE TREATED LIKE THIEVES ! I live in Paris (born here) and I took my uncle and aunt from the US for a treat at Laduree. We had a lovely time at first. My uncle paid the bill. I went to the bathroom, and then we were heading out, but a waitress stopped us, accusing us of leaving without paying, and asking for the receit as proof ! That is an UNACCEPTABLE way to treat clients ! It ruined an otherwise nice meal - we had omelets, croissants, macarons and coffee for over 100€. Food was nice enough although expensive. The place looks good and we would have had great memories in it, had this rude waitress not ruined the whole thing - the other waiters were really nice, this is really a shame.

8/10Fabulous macarons of course, and the ambiance is luxe, floral, iconic. The service experience was quite weird -- we ordered the brunch combination, but there were so many choices to make and it wasn't clear what the options were? Ultimately they did not bring all 6(!!) courses we ordered, which was good because we wouldn't have been able to finish all that food... But then why did we order it? They adjusted the price as well to account for that but it was confusing as well because rather than switch us to a la carte pricing they simply removed one of the 3 fixed prices?? I was baffled at such a fast and loose approach to pricing and even to bringing us what we ordered, at an otherwise exceptionally fancy, classy, and deservedly iconic place...

8.5/10I booked a reservation for the dessert bar experience for my birthday at noon. When we arrived at 11:40am they stated that bar wasn't open until 3pm?! Then we were seated at regular table upstairs near the piano. Why even bother having a set menu to reserve and then not be available?We almost ended up leaving. It wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't fly thousands of miles to get here from the US. First time visiting Paris and I was really looking forward to the dessert experience. The French Toast was amazing and they brought it out with a candle on it for my birthday. Servers were very nice and the atmosphere was beautiful. I may return in the future, however, not being able to sit for what I reserved is very disappointing.

10/10We had such a lovely lunch as a family of six. My girls, ages 8 & 9, absolutely loved the decor. The food was exceptional, and we loved Claire's recommendations. We had hoped to get back for a second visit, but weren't able to. It's number 1 on everyone's list the next trip!
