5/10I booked the special afternoon tea menu for a friend’s 60th birthday celebration. On arrival we were told that this menu was not available. We were given the option of cancelling and getting a refund as it was pre paid, ordering a la carte up to the same value or having the waiter select some items for us. We chose the last option as it was not really practical to go elsewhere at that point. Although we were given plenty of food the choice was extremely disappointing. We had the savoury croque followed by three types of pain perdu. These were large portions that we had to divide ourselves in order to share. We then had three individual pastries which again we had to divide up to share. This was followed by macarons but no eugenie as mentioned on the original menu. No acknowledgment was made that this was a birthday celebration and the substituted menu was not comparable to the one booked. Although the staff were pleasant it was not the experience I hoped for.

4/10Not enough savory, too many sweets, all the sweets were the same - foams and creams and ice creams. There was no etagere, it was not elegant. It was not value either for money or experience.

6/10The ambiance was great and the waitress was lovely. Unfortunately the food and drinks were not. My vanilla latte was literally undrinkable. My husband smelled it and gagged. I’ve gotten croissants of comparable quality at acme. And the macarons were not as close To as good as what we can get locally in NJ. Overall, extremely disappointing.

9.5/10We had a wonderful brunch experience last Sunday at Laduree. The food is fresh, well curated, it is abundant with superb and high quality offerings. The presentation and the array of choices is sublime and all delicious. From the shellfish to the beautiful fresh salads, foie gras, charcuterie, cheeses, breads, to the hot plates of freshly baked fish and black angus filet to the wickedly delicious dessert buffet, there is no shortage in delighting any and every palate. We want to thank Salvatore our waiter and his colleague, a lovely gentleman both of whom made our experience amazing. They were prompt in clearing our empty plates, providing fresh cutlery and providing us with little touches that made the service outstanding! Their attention to the details, their professionalism and the care they took made us feel welcome and special. A big thank you to Nicolas who leads a great Team of passionate and dedicated service staff. Merci a tous….a bientot!

10/10The decor was very nice and the whole atmosphere was excellent. Our only criticism is in our opinion is we thought perhaps a little to much sweet stuff and not enough savoury. On the whole though we enjoyed it.

6.5/10I came at the same time of my reservation and asked if there is availability in the out door area i was dragged out and in for some time and no one is being very helpful and food was not good at all and lastly all cups and tables smelled very bad

If you make reservation ahead of time, you will get seated upstairs with nice flowery decor. I walked in on another day, and was seated downstairs, and one other time was seated outside. Not much decor in both of those areas.

Excellent service. The place was absolutely breath taking and all of the staff were super welcoming and attentive. My mother, daughter and I, had the grand brunch and we could not have wished for a better time. The staff were super lovely to my little one and great with both my mother and I. We will definitely be returning upon our next trip to Paris. Superb!

5/10I visited this restaurant with a group of five and had made a reservation for the first time slot in the morning. Although there were plenty of large tables available, we were given a small, cramped table. Later groups of three or four people were seated at much larger tables. Additionally, even though we ordered the same menu items, the food arrived with a significant delay between each person. One dish came, and the next followed long after, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently from other customers. I hope this feedback helps the restaurant to provide a more fair and respectful service in the future.

+4Just as expected. Excellent. We have visited the location in Washington DC and had excellent food and service just like before. I gave the highest tip possibly only because I couldn’t help it. I hope I didn’t make the server too sad. But it is a compliment in US. My daughter had a rose and raspberry milk with Chantelle, macaroons, and fruit bowl. I had Marie Antoinette tea, macaroons, and omelette.

7/10We enjoy the brunch at Laduree very much. The cuisine is fresh of quality and well prepared. Delicious dishes and the food staff is very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the waitstaff is not attentive, it is slow and not present as it should be at a brunch service. Very hard to have our plates cleared, have fresh cutlery brought to our table and refills of juice, champagne and coffee was very slow. They had forgotten our order of coffee, and champagne we had asked for along with the changing of fresh cutlery which I dont think we need to do…. I hope that next time we come for your brunch the service will be at a superior level and we will not feel abandoned.
