6.5/10I came at the same time of my reservation and asked if there is availability in the out door area i was dragged out and in for some time and no one is being very helpful and food was not good at all and lastly all cups and tables smelled very bad

If you make reservation ahead of time, you will get seated upstairs with nice flowery decor. I walked in on another day, and was seated downstairs, and one other time was seated outside. Not much decor in both of those areas.

Excellent service. The place was absolutely breath taking and all of the staff were super welcoming and attentive. My mother, daughter and I, had the grand brunch and we could not have wished for a better time. The staff were super lovely to my little one and great with both my mother and I. We will definitely be returning upon our next trip to Paris. Superb!

5/10I visited this restaurant with a group of five and had made a reservation for the first time slot in the morning. Although there were plenty of large tables available, we were given a small, cramped table. Later groups of three or four people were seated at much larger tables. Additionally, even though we ordered the same menu items, the food arrived with a significant delay between each person. One dish came, and the next followed long after, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently from other customers. I hope this feedback helps the restaurant to provide a more fair and respectful service in the future.

+4Just as expected. Excellent. We have visited the location in Washington DC and had excellent food and service just like before. I gave the highest tip possibly only because I couldn’t help it. I hope I didn’t make the server too sad. But it is a compliment in US. My daughter had a rose and raspberry milk with Chantelle, macaroons, and fruit bowl. I had Marie Antoinette tea, macaroons, and omelette.

7/10We enjoy the brunch at Laduree very much. The cuisine is fresh of quality and well prepared. Delicious dishes and the food staff is very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the waitstaff is not attentive, it is slow and not present as it should be at a brunch service. Very hard to have our plates cleared, have fresh cutlery brought to our table and refills of juice, champagne and coffee was very slow. They had forgotten our order of coffee, and champagne we had asked for along with the changing of fresh cutlery which I dont think we need to do…. I hope that next time we come for your brunch the service will be at a superior level and we will not feel abandoned.

10/10As our first breakfast in Paris and the home of macarons, Laduree exceeded our expectations. We made reservations in advance and the staff quickly seated us in the sunroom facing Champs Elysees. The decor was beautiful and classy, setting a perfect tone for our Parisian vacation. The food was also delicious and we had some great recommendations for tea and macaron flavors from our server. Depending on what you choose, it can be pricey, but it was worth the experience.

We came here after recommendations from a friend. The location is easy to get to, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the meal was tasty. We are here for lunch and had the lunch accompaniment. I ordered the salad with chicken on the side and my family ordered the crispy chicken, club sandwich and French toast. All of our food was good. I have a little lower rating due to the price of the non alcoholic beverages. An iced vanilla coffee was $19 euro! A coke was $9 euro. Yikes!! It was fairly busy and the line to get in was long. It was unclear if you had a reservation that you did not have to wait in the line. Once we got upstairs it was lovely. Everything was clean.

We had a great time having brunch at Laduree! The environment was beautiful and the waiters were attentive and friendly. The food was beautiful and delicious! Would highly recommend as part of a girls' trip!

The service from the moment we arrived until we left was superb! My wife has mobility issues and she was greeted immediately and personally escorted to the lift (along with myself and our granddaughter who we were celebrating her high school graduation with). Thanks to TheFork we had a booking and were ushered to a very nice table in a most beautifully decorated room. Our server was gracious and informative. We had booked the prix fixe lunch and the selections were quite nice (including choice of a salad, a club sandwich, or an omelet). Of course, why else would you go to Laduree but for the deserts (we had the macarons and a strawberry tarte to die for) and they did not disappoint. This was one of the most memorable dining experiences we have had while traveling and definitely recommend it!
