10/10Tristan/Tristin (trying my best here) wished me happy birthday and helped me pick the perfect dessert — now it’s my favourite. Genuine, thoughtful service that made the moment feel personal. Food was lovely, ambiance was perfect and proved to be the best way to spend my 18th. Thank you/ Merci

9/10Had the Afternoon Tea. It was good and the staff were friendly but the set menu included a very small amount of savory items (only 2 small rolled up grilled cheese like sandwiches, no scones) which was a bit disappointing. The sweet items did have some interesting flavors though.

9/10Thank you to Nicolas and his service Team for looking after my husband and I in enjoying a beautiful and delicious January 1st brunch. Service was attentive, quick and more importantly professional and courteous! Nicolas’ Team is a great ensemble of enthusiastic professionals wanting to satisfy their guests with their gentile touch and focus on the small details of their visiting guests. The service performance of staff and attitude left much to be desired. There is also smack of arrogance and discrimination against tourists that come from Asia. We were at the restaurant at 8 am for the breakfast service, the dining room was empty, tables were still practically vacant. We were shown to a table facing the service counter and kitchen access. I saw a group of European and Caucasian customers having seats by the window or at least not adjacent to the toilets or service area. We are a group of 4 and seated to table directly facing the staff service counter. When we requested for a change as there were other seats available, the staff was reluctant and gave excuses that we were not convinced. She showed us bad attitude. Ironically, the staff is also from Asia and speaks Chinese. Her attitude was bad, she want prepared to offer solutions and when we insisted, she did it grudgingly. This is not expected of service staff. We were appalled and marred the dining experiecne.

10/10We were afraid at first that LaDuree has become too "touristy." But their brunch upstairs was wonderful, delicious, beautifully presented, and all you can eat. The waiter was very attentive. Even a take-away box of macarons when we left. Live piano music was nice. Is pricey, but worth it for special occasions.

5/10I booked the special afternoon tea menu for a friend’s 60th birthday celebration. On arrival we were told that this menu was not available. We were given the option of cancelling and getting a refund as it was pre paid, ordering a la carte up to the same value or having the waiter select some items for us. We chose the last option as it was not really practical to go elsewhere at that point. Although we were given plenty of food the choice was extremely disappointing. We had the savoury croque followed by three types of pain perdu. These were large portions that we had to divide ourselves in order to share. We then had three individual pastries which again we had to divide up to share. This was followed by macarons but no eugenie as mentioned on the original menu. No acknowledgment was made that this was a birthday celebration and the substituted menu was not comparable to the one booked. Although the staff were pleasant it was not the experience I hoped for.

6/10The ambiance was great and the waitress was lovely. Unfortunately the food and drinks were not. My vanilla latte was literally undrinkable. My husband smelled it and gagged. I’ve gotten croissants of comparable quality at acme. And the macarons were not as close To as good as what we can get locally in NJ. Overall, extremely disappointing.

9.5/10We had a wonderful brunch experience last Sunday at Laduree. The food is fresh, well curated, it is abundant with superb and high quality offerings. The presentation and the array of choices is sublime and all delicious. From the shellfish to the beautiful fresh salads, foie gras, charcuterie, cheeses, breads, to the hot plates of freshly baked fish and black angus filet to the wickedly delicious dessert buffet, there is no shortage in delighting any and every palate. We want to thank Salvatore our waiter and his colleague, a lovely gentleman both of whom made our experience amazing. They were prompt in clearing our empty plates, providing fresh cutlery and providing us with little touches that made the service outstanding! Their attention to the details, their professionalism and the care they took made us feel welcome and special. A big thank you to Nicolas who leads a great Team of passionate and dedicated service staff. Merci a tous….a bientot!

10/10The decor was very nice and the whole atmosphere was excellent. Our only criticism is in our opinion is we thought perhaps a little to much sweet stuff and not enough savoury. On the whole though we enjoyed it.
