Food tasted good - though for the amount of food I got, it's not value for money. The service can be better. One waiter can't speak Swedish, and the other one wasn't service minded at all (slamming the plate, and just put the food on the table without really putting in front of each person who's ordering it). I'm not surprised if people come just for the deal.

It felt a bit shady when they provided us with a menu but later took it away and asked us to scan a QR code when we said we booked via fork. I cannot say for sure as I did not see the first menu, but it feels like the prices might have been different. Secondly, we were further restricted to limited items on the menu if we wanted to avail the fork offer.

We came to Lagan using the 50% discount option. Unfortunately, the meat didn’t taste fresh at all. My boyfriend heard them scream our order to the kitchen: „«dishes», 50% discount!“, so maybe they treated our order differently than than regular/non-discounted ones.

As it wrote, service is the worst. They just wanted to sell more . The bread and rice was told included but in the end charged the extra for full price in the menu

They have a separate "The Fork"-menu that they refer to as "the new menu", even though they obviously use the regular menu for everyone else. The "The Fork"-menu has higher prices, of course, so your 50 % or 30 % discount is essentially sharply reduced. Are they even allowed to do that, or?..... Treating customers like idiots and just being generally greedy is not a smart long term strategy and just ruins people's dining experience.

Good was good but it was a little disgusting as the waiter was chewing something and was cleaning his eyes with his hand while he was getting our order. Don’t think I’ll go there again.
