Nice combinations of flavors and very nice presentation.

The attentive service and excellent food was the highlight of the dinner. The location in a hotel lobby is a little strange but it was quiet. The only slight negative was that the pork presa was too well done. Our server was excellent!

Located, but cleverly screened off, in the lobby area of One Shot Conde Torrejon Hotel, Seville. Opted for their Tasting menu which was excellent value at €65. Nicely paced out, each dish excellently described (in English) by the charming waiter. Simply executed but full of flavour, the Ravioli dish was amazing, as too was the second main course, a small cut of pork with a selection of sauce. The rice pudding dessert was divine as too was the pineapple that followed. Each dish had their own charm and each presented in beautiful crockery. I enjoyed a bottle of Gosset, a Champagne that isn't seen too often on wine lists, but went beautifully with every dish. Ordered coffee and asked for some Petit Fours, on the off chance. Was presented with a pair of charming little white cocolaye pig heads. Overall, delicious food, serene ambience (until a screeching American woman sat on the table beside me) and charming service made for a wonderful evening. Well done.

Great service! But the restaurant is in the lobby of a hotel which makes it very uncomfortable. The food was ok. Nothing to remember

The pork was really excellent. The staff was friendly and caring.

This was the best restaurant experience I have had anywhere in many years. The food was original and outstandingly executed, and not at all expensive; the staff were lovely and the generosity and humility with which we were treated would serve as a shining example to the vast majority of restaurants we have visited. This was the complete Michelin restaurant experience: 11 excellent plates each (the tasting menu), plus three glasses of paired wine, and some extras. for just €147 . We even got to speak with the chef and his assistant, the former presenting us with two qenerous glasses of Palo Cortado sherry. This restaurant is everything other restaurants should be.

Food overall was underwhelming. We left without finishing the food.

Food and service excellent

Tasting menu was great - allowed a variety of dishes to be sampled. Ambiance was very sterile and had only a wicker partition from the hotel lobby area. It didn't feel like a real restaurant. I was surprised at the tip options presented when paying with card - had not ever been my experience in Europe or any other Michelin restaurant I experienced this trip in Spain.

Degustation menu was an interesting experience but wine pairing was the thing that made it remarkable!

What a bright and wonderful space. And the food was well prepared -- beef tenderloin and potatoes done with foie gras. Our servers were awesome with a special shout-out to Juanjo for taking care of us and explaining the menu and Maria Julia right behind him.

The staff is super friendly and nice! They made our trip very memorable. Food is superb! From appetizers to dessert! I highly recommend!

After being seated we got ignored for about 10 minutes while others were served (we had no waters or menu). We were finally handed menus without descriptions or any dialgoue welcoming us or acknowledging our anniversary (which was in our reservation notes), and asked what we wanted to drink (again, rushing us after we were waiting for 10 minutes wondering who was going to talk to us). Overall we were having absolutely awful service, so we decided we didn't want to continue with the full tasting menu that we ordered. I went to the front to explain this along with the context that this was a special night for our anniversary, and express my displeasure at being ignored and treated as an inconvenience. The kind host said she would get the manager to talk to me. Instead, he told her to charge us for our two glasses of champagne and tell us we were free to go. I then said, "So he doesn't want to come talk to me directly?", and the host confirmed that and apologized.

The food was amazing, the service - almost perfect. A great restaurant, it very much deserves five stars 🥰

A chill and nice restaurant with glass rooftop. Order in a-la-carte menu, and the food was really delicious with varierty of choice.

every Iberian pork dish was incredibly tasty!

Very Good service from the waiter

We were very impressed by the 'Menu iberico'. The quality of the food was excellent, with perfect presentation on plates. Antonio and his colleagues provided excellent service, too, and the location was species. We expected the restaurant to be good as it was recommended in the Michelin restaurant guide,, but what we experienced still surpassed our expectations.

Very disappointed! The fish has bones and didn’t handle it well , after telling the waiter and no answer until we pay ! The check is wrong calculate and need to redo again ! Asking what’s wrong with the fish and waiter simply answered he told the chef already . Not very professional!

Feels like you are dining in the screened off lobby area of a hotel - which indeed I think you are. So not great ambiance wise. Service was attentive and they did meet our request to allow to leave in time for our show. The steak by weight was huge (which we weren’t told - and hence cost a fortune) and my daughter hadn’t really envisaged a massive slab of unadorned meat. No sauce, no garnish just a side bowl of weird soggy chips. Not great. Fish of the day was nice. My red tuna was tiny and totally blackened and served with flame grilled cauliflower. Ugh. Not a great combo I’m afraid. Bread was nice - had to ask for olive oil which was poured out first us - a small spoonful. Perhaps we were lowbrow for having to ask for it but other restaurants just bring it straight out.

Such a disappointment! I hate leaving a negative review but for the sake of other diners I feel I must. We had the tasting menu expecting a little finesse. Unfortunately it was more like leftover scraps put on nice china. The positives- good bread, pleasant waiter, tasty pasta and black pudding course and nice dessert. All served on beautiful china. Negatives- nothing memorable or imaginative. The artichoke with cubes of pork was so bland that it was inedible. The cod was chewy, overcooked and contained pin bones. To top it off, we were short changed. The overflowing bin in the ladies’ room was a gruesome sight which didn’t help either. The Michelin inspectors should come here incognito and see for themselves.

I would not reccomend that place and to be honest it was really surprising to me that the restaurant got a Michelin star for several years in a row. I came with my pregnant woman and the knowledge of the service men in terms of restrictions of the dishes and the ability to find replacements was really disappointing. The bread was actually awesome but overall it was one of the most disappointing restaurants I have been visiting for the last few years

Very nice service that explained all dishes with details

This was my second visit and once again it did not disappoint. The food was exceptional and the service was without fault. I highly recommend.

Wonderful service provided by Antonio for our party of 6. Lalola de Javi Abascal is situated in an open and beautiful modern setting.

Was amazing experience!

Food was good but ambience was not great. It’s basically in a hall of a hotel with room dividers to kind of separate the space. For a €50+ dinner I do not think is fair.

The food and wine was nice. We didn’t take the menu and asked for guidance to know more about the dishes. No help. The service was poor and we won’t go back to the restaurant

The food here is decent, but nothing special — definitely not memorable. It’s the kind of meal you forget as soon as you leave. What really stood out, though, was the attitude of the staff. From the moment we arrived, there was a noticeable air of pretension, like they were making a favor by serving you (it happens a lot in Spain). Service was incredibly slow, and not in a relaxed, take-your-time way — just poorly managed. The staff wasn’t rude, but they weren’t warm either. It felt like we were being tolerated, not welcomed. The ambiance is nice, and the decor suggests a high-end experience, but the food and service simply don’t live up to the image. When a place tries so hard to be “exclusive” but can’t deliver basic hospitality, it misses the point.

We really enjoyed the food (Iberian tasting menu) and service by Anthony was excellent. We trusted him to compose a wine menu, and was very satisfied. We would love to come back next time we visit Sevilla.

Nice place but unequal quality of dishes.

Everything was perfect. Our culinary journey began in a refined and bright location, nestled in the heart of Seville. The food was delicious and sophisticated, the flavors excellently balanced, and the attention to detail was exemplary. The waiting staff was very kind, friendly, and attentive. Our lunch, consisting of two tasting menus, went splendidly. We were pleasantly impressed and grateful for the service we received. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is excellent. For all these reasons, I highly recommend this gastronomic experience.

Food quality and preparation is beyond our expectations. We were so many times in michelen star and guide restaurants around the world Bill was like a michelen restaurant but ambience and food were disappointing.

+1Service was great. Really attentive and friendly staff. The wines tasted great but I wouldn’t really describe them as pairings. Just different wines for different dishes. Food was good. Not particularly exciting. Some dishes really only had one flavour but clearly were meant to have more. I’m happy with everything but not wowed like I have been by other tasting menus The restaurant is in a weird space cornered off by dividers which leaves the ambience a little to be desired.

It was great experience for me and my fiance because when I said my fiance birthday they brought a champagne to us for celebration

Lovely tasting menu reflecting local cuisine. Our waiter made excellent vermouth and wine recommendations as well. Quiet pleasant setting with no rushing.

Great service, but the food wasn’t particularly great
