8.5/10The service is great, and the waitstaff is really attentive. We got three starters and two main dishes. The cod fish in one of the main dishes tasted a bit off. Overall, the food is tasty, but it’s not quite Michelin star quality.

The food, service and ambience were all spectacular. We were visiting Paris over the Christmas holidays with our two young adult sons whose first time it was traveling to Europe and experiencing the French culture, art, cuisine and life. Le 114 Faubourg was an amazing culinary journey that made our time in Paris all the more special. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to take a culinary adventure to this 3 ⭐️ Michelin restaurant.

10/10Everything was perfectly prepared, the service was attentive without being obtrusive. The chocolate soufflé was the best we have ever had anywhere. A perfect dining experience in a beautiful restaurant.

7/10The restaurant was part of a nice hotel, an interesting Parisian atmosphere, the staff welcomed us and seated us, the seating was pleasant even if the table was quite far from the fixed seat (it could not be moved).The food was tasty, although a little salty, and I missed more play of flavors and fantasy of food creations.The bad point was a hair in the mineral water glass, of course the staff quickly changed it, but without any apology or little attention as any small gift (glas of wine etc)..There were no cheeses on the tasting menu, so it was quite a lot to pay for three small extra pieces of cheese. I think the high price does not correspond to the services.

9/10Picked this placed based on the fact that it was one of the rare Michelin star restaurant open on Sunday evening. The staff were great. They did not have preset wine pairing so we asked for one. Sommelier was fantastic arranging wine pairing for our tasting menu. All our courses were fine except for the meat course and the dessert. Pigeon with foie gras was too rich with not much of flavor, nothing fantastic. Dessert was rather simple and quite disappointing. Overall, it was fine, but I'm not sure if I will return.

10/10The restaurant Faubourg 114 is still excellent although Mr. Janine and Mr. Felipe made a difference that is noticeable. When they were there, there was no better place in Paris to have an outstanding meal with fair prices. The house has a new chef that I hope will keep pace with his predecessor.

10/10We had the most wonderful evening which began with such. Warm welcome from every member of staff and carried on throughout the wonderful 10th anniversary tasting menu which chef adapted for a vegetarian too. Bon and Juliette could not have been better or friendlier servers and we would recommend to anyone with pleasure.

10/10It was excellent! Really a dinner to remember. Our guy responsible for the service was the amazing Sean ,ask for him . He is ready to offer all the high end gastronomic small and big surprises of the chef and pumpering you till the end of the night ! We had a tartare ,may be the best of Paris ,cut with the knife with chips hand made . Before that Sean offered us the amuse bouche from chef,an extraordinary shrimp in ginger broth ,no case to describe it the wright way…The bread home made …their wines of a big variety…the chocolates house made ,everything perfect We had no space for cheese and real dessert,so we are going back for sure . Not to be missed

10/10Pleasant and amiable Parisian brasserie with high service and food quality. Flawless service in this stylish brasserie. Food is exellent, modern french cuisine. Generous portions. Delicious supplementary bread with salty butter. Pleasant and relaxed athmosphere. Low noise despite all guests. Highly recommended if you look for high quality food within reasonable prices.

10/10We had a wonderful meal in 114 Fauberg. The food right from the off was wonderful. A shout out for the Sea Bream starter and Sole main course in particular. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they have a super wine list. A wonderful place for a special occasion.

10/10My wife and I were the first to be seated for the evening. The staff was gracious and warm, extending all of the appropriate courtesies. The food, served in courses, was delicious. As in all Michelin rated restaurants, sometimes providing just a small taste in one course, then serving a full portion of the next. I was seated where I could see the full kitchen. I enjoyed watching the chef prepare the plates and instructing the sous chef and others on how to present the creation. We loved the whole meal and will be back again.

10/10We had the fixed menu, a superb collection of 5 small dishes that added up to an immensely satisfying meal. Each dish was a treat. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We would definitely return.

10/10Great food, fantastic service. We told them in advance it was our anniversary and they gave us a wonderful table with rose petals and a vase of flowers. Very friendly and attentive service, and they included my husband, who speaks no French, in the conversation. The food was impeccable.

10/10This is an amazing place; we were treated with all egards and in a casual manner. All dishes, without exception, were excellent without the pretentions these high end places might have. A special word for the sommelier; we chose the first Chablis and Burgundy from the wine list, and they were worth the money! Thank you so much for this experience!
