The service is great, and the waitstaff is really attentive. We got three starters and two main dishes. The cod fish in one of the main dishes tasted a bit off. Overall, the food is tasty, but it’s not quite Michelin star quality.

The food, service and ambience were all spectacular. We were visiting Paris over the Christmas holidays with our two young adult sons whose first time it was traveling to Europe and experiencing the French culture, art, cuisine and life. Le 114 Faubourg was an amazing culinary journey that made our time in Paris all the more special. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to take a culinary adventure to this 3 ⭐️ Michelin restaurant.

Everything was perfectly prepared, the service was attentive without being obtrusive. The chocolate soufflé was the best we have ever had anywhere. A perfect dining experience in a beautiful restaurant.

Very accommodating to english speakers. Very helpful with the menu and the sommelier was great for pairing wines with each course of the tasting menu. The food was excellent and maybe the best meal I have ever had! The ambience was great and I felt very comfortable

The restaurant was part of a nice hotel, an interesting Parisian atmosphere, the staff welcomed us and seated us, the seating was pleasant even if the table was quite far from the fixed seat (it could not be moved).The food was tasty, although a little salty, and I missed more play of flavors and fantasy of food creations.The bad point was a hair in the mineral water glass, of course the staff quickly changed it, but without any apology or little attention as any small gift (glas of wine etc)..There were no cheeses on the tasting menu, so it was quite a lot to pay for three small extra pieces of cheese. I think the high price does not correspond to the services.
