10/10Everything was perfectly prepared, the service was attentive without being obtrusive. The chocolate soufflé was the best we have ever had anywhere. A perfect dining experience in a beautiful restaurant.

10/10Very accommodating to english speakers. Very helpful with the menu and the sommelier was great for pairing wines with each course of the tasting menu. The food was excellent and maybe the best meal I have ever had! The ambience was great and I felt very comfortable

7/10The restaurant was part of a nice hotel, an interesting Parisian atmosphere, the staff welcomed us and seated us, the seating was pleasant even if the table was quite far from the fixed seat (it could not be moved).The food was tasty, although a little salty, and I missed more play of flavors and fantasy of food creations.The bad point was a hair in the mineral water glass, of course the staff quickly changed it, but without any apology or little attention as any small gift (glas of wine etc)..There were no cheeses on the tasting menu, so it was quite a lot to pay for three small extra pieces of cheese. I think the high price does not correspond to the services.

9/10Picked this placed based on the fact that it was one of the rare Michelin star restaurant open on Sunday evening. The staff were great. They did not have preset wine pairing so we asked for one. Sommelier was fantastic arranging wine pairing for our tasting menu. All our courses were fine except for the meat course and the dessert. Pigeon with foie gras was too rich with not much of flavor, nothing fantastic. Dessert was rather simple and quite disappointing. Overall, it was fine, but I'm not sure if I will return.

10/10The restaurant setves traditional french food with a supreme quality and taste. We have ordered beef tartare and john dory for main course and the beef is amazingly good quality and with brilliant seasoning. We have reserved seats on the fork

10/10The restaurant Faubourg 114 is still excellent although Mr. Janine and Mr. Felipe made a difference that is noticeable. When they were there, there was no better place in Paris to have an outstanding meal with fair prices. The house has a new chef that I hope will keep pace with his predecessor.

10/10We had the most wonderful evening which began with such. Warm welcome from every member of staff and carried on throughout the wonderful 10th anniversary tasting menu which chef adapted for a vegetarian too. Bon and Juliette could not have been better or friendlier servers and we would recommend to anyone with pleasure.

10/10It was excellent! Really a dinner to remember. Our guy responsible for the service was the amazing Sean ,ask for him . He is ready to offer all the high end gastronomic small and big surprises of the chef and pumpering you till the end of the night ! We had a tartare ,may be the best of Paris ,cut with the knife with chips hand made . Before that Sean offered us the amuse bouche from chef,an extraordinary shrimp in ginger broth ,no case to describe it the wright way…The bread home made …their wines of a big variety…the chocolates house made ,everything perfect We had no space for cheese and real dessert,so we are going back for sure . Not to be missed

10/10One of the best meals of my life, from all angles. The food was innovative, elegant and creative (and of course delicious). Service was impeccable but warm and not pretentious. Elegant comfortable atmosphere. The conspicuous consumption at neighboring tables provided entrrtainment

10/10The service, from the manner we were greeted upon arrival to our departure was outstanding. The restaurant lived up to the internet hype. Wine was great but a little pricey. We were visiting from the U.S.

10/10Pleasant and amiable Parisian brasserie with high service and food quality. Flawless service in this stylish brasserie. Food is exellent, modern french cuisine. Generous portions. Delicious supplementary bread with salty butter. Pleasant and relaxed athmosphere. Low noise despite all guests. Highly recommended if you look for high quality food within reasonable prices.
