Le Arcate is a Pizza Restaurant and I guess thats what they do best and they had a lot people eating pizzas. We where 2 people to eat a Caesarsalad and a Chicken Italian style, both with excellent taste but could be bigger in portion. We had a great help of the people working at this restaurant! They offer sometimes reduced price to book in the app, keep an eye on it!

Decent food, we had beef slices, a pasta, grilled vegetables and a cheesecake. The vegetables and cheesecake were my favorite. Service was fast and staff polite. great price especially with the discount which they automatically applied.

Everything was delicious. Both tortellini and sea food pasta were fresh. There was no problem with the reservation. Fork discount do not cover pizzas.

The pizze have very reasonable prices although no discount applies to them. Great tomato sauce. The food was good although not impressive. On the other hand, the dessert was truly impressive.

Enjoyed TWO dinners here during 5 day stay in Bologna. A neighborhood favorite, clearly, for its Naples-style pizzas. We enjoyed Ala Carte specialties with Fork discount. Melanzane (eggplant) parmesan was absolutely great. Zucchini mousse also. Classic veal cutlet. Good service.

Excellent. We had pizza, beef steak and cesar salad and all were very very good. The pizza was the best we’ve had in Bologna. Portions vs quality and price are good. Also the bread and olive oil are very tasty. I tottaly recommend this place to eat.

We went as a group of 7 to dine at this restaurant and the experience was plain terrible. First, the waiters were extremely rude to us since the beggining. It was evident that they were not pleased with the fact that our reservation was made through The Fork, especially with a discount. Furthermore, the discount did not apply to the pizzas in the menu, which was not communicated to us at the time of the reservation. Additionally, before the entrées, we were constantly bombarded with bread baskets, that were being "tossed" at the table by different waiters, up to a total of 5 baskets that we had to decline. Now, the cullinary experience was really the turning point, as we were not able to continue to dine there and went to grab some pizzas elsewhere. The «Millefoglie» lacked flavour and finesse, the «Tortino Di Patate» was very dry, and the «Carrè Di Vitello» was poorly constructed, overcooked, and severely under-seasoned. Not something that should leave the kitchen, let alone be charged 20€ for it. The high rating of this place is probably due to the pizzeria part, so be sure to avoid the rest of the menu - as it's clearly a way to trap tourists.
