We had a very pleasant dinner at Le Baudelaire. The food, vibe, and service were just top notch. The white asparagus was my favourite dish; just out of this world good. Highly recommended.

Let me quickly sum up the Valentine's day dinner experience: The room is light with bright overhead neon lights, no intimacy, no dimmed lighting. The staff is nice and attentive yet the menu translation to english was poor at best. Half the words were french words pronounced with an english accent.... The food didn't match the price whatsoever. it was good but not revolutionary. Everything felt quite mid. The hibiscus oyster tasted like it sounds, doubtful. We were also sporadically graced by the unwelcome presence of a folk singer passing around the tables with her guitare during the evening... Without wine pairing the whole dinner (with 2 glasses of champagne and a piece of cheese) amounted to 650Euros for 2. Absolutely outrageous. We will definitely not be back.

We were 5 guests and none of the savory dishes had a wow factor, nothing original and quite boring. Pear dessert was the lone exception , shows texture and more creativity. Service was good but not attentive enough

Nested inside Hotel Le Burgundy Paris, Le Baudelaire has a modern feel and a relaxing atmosphere (with rather loud music playing in the background). The cooking is creative, and well presented. The service is professional and efficient. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

+1This restaurant was better two years ago. The original chef is no longer there and the food is mediocre at best. We got the five course menus and out of it bread and butter and deserts were great. Everything else was ok at beat. Main course was so-so.

Receptionist and Sommelier were excellent, so was a couple of waiters. Food was decent but not overwhelming. I would have given a four star - unfortunately this waitress called Mxrxnx with a curly pony tail was awful and should not be working in a Michelin star restaurant. I am not spelling her name in full is that I do not want her to ruin her future as she can improve with some etiquette training. Tonight, not once, but twice, she tried to remove my dish when I had not finished. She took my friends’ plates which I guess in her view may be ok because they had finished. She rolled her eyes and looked annoy when I (the host) told her “Sorry I am still eating”. This happened twice (though the second time she did not roll her eyes, she just looked annoy). She completely ruined my experience and our happy evening.

Ambiance and service was amazing. Unfortunately, the food was just not our preferred flavor profiles. I was not a fan of four of the seven total courses had. My husband disliked five of the seven courses. Both of us liked neither of the two desserts. We wanted to remain open minded, but just was not our thing. Thank you Le Baudelaire team for still a great time and a lovely final evening in Paris.

The atmosphere here is cozy and nice. comparing to the price the food seems no touching point and the combination of different materials doesn't make a expected flavour.

Amazing chef, food and staff at the hotel. The chef’s creations are beautiful for a 1 star Michelin restaurant. His food tastes like a 2 Star Michelin restaurant. He is also very nice and greeted us.

The service was thorough but cold. Food was beautiful. The bread course was disappointing and I wasn't offered a cheese course for some reason. The wine I ordered was presented as "a burgandy". All in all fine, just not a place I would return to at that pricepoint.

Very nice Staffs and very elegant decorations. Food is delicious, I ordered a signature set dinner , all served with pretty floral setting .

The champagne as not tasty as too sour in La reserve style , and before served a glass of champagne we did try to taste for it. We want to change another type of champagne, but the staff show her face unwilling to change it. And whole dinner she doesn’t bring any smiles to our table. So sad to affect our fine dining experience in Michelle star restaurant.

Simple but fancy setting. The chef’s idea is to create a bond between high end dishes and nature (sphere and rock like dishes), while the food gravitates around superbly cooked vegetables with a reminder of soft proteic and well cooked meat/sea food. Food was great, desserts full of nice surprises. Staff very friendly, young and professional. Strongly recommend!

The sommelier and servers were fantastic. The wines they recommended were also top notch. For our first meal in Paris we were spoiled. Must not be missed.

Stunning! Had wanted to dine here for years and finally did so. Squab that was well-prepared paired with beets allowed me to find comparisons in the two flavors that had never before discovered.
