10/10Amazing chef, food and staff at the hotel. The chef’s creations are beautiful for a 1 star Michelin restaurant. His food tastes like a 2 Star Michelin restaurant. He is also very nice and greeted us.

7/10The service was thorough but cold. Food was beautiful. The bread course was disappointing and I wasn't offered a cheese course for some reason. The wine I ordered was presented as "a burgandy". All in all fine, just not a place I would return to at that pricepoint.

2/10The champagne as not tasty as too sour in La reserve style , and before served a glass of champagne we did try to taste for it. We want to change another type of champagne, but the staff show her face unwilling to change it. And whole dinner she doesn’t bring any smiles to our table. So sad to affect our fine dining experience in Michelle star restaurant.

10/10Simple but fancy setting. The chef’s idea is to create a bond between high end dishes and nature (sphere and rock like dishes), while the food gravitates around superbly cooked vegetables with a reminder of soft proteic and well cooked meat/sea food. Food was great, desserts full of nice surprises. Staff very friendly, young and professional. Strongly recommend!

10/10We really enjoyed our meal at one starred Michelin restaurant Le Baudelaire. We found the menu to be creative and cohesive. Service was impeccable without being overly stuffy. Nice ambience.

9/10I was surprised, and slightly disappointed, to discover the lunch menu is now vegetarian. However, it was excellent, very delicate. A little too much however, as I started to be hungry in the middle of the afternoon.

10/10+12This wonderful restaurant and service was the highlight of our trip to Paris. Each course was a beautiful (and delectable) masterpiece, all served by amazing wait staff. Our greeting upon entry into the restaurant was very warm and welcoming, and it continued with each course served. Our time there was so special that we can’t wait to return. Amazing food and amazing staff. Thank you!

10/10+1I'm glad to have good time with my friend. We got menu Déjeuner, and had a good wine. Good food, mise en bouche, entrée, plat, dessert, après dessert, are just wonderful. mise en bouche, après dessert are tiny "wonderful", I would say. Tiny Paris Brest noisette is amazing. Entrée "Maraichère Chicory", I'm wondering how we put together everything together keeping the flavors without destroying the overall "coupole" shape. I love the most " Coconut and Peru Chocolate with lime", different flavors went through the different layers, bravo!

10/10It was an excellent meal with an excellent wine. We selected the 4 courses meal - Menu Découverte. As I have an intolerance to gluten the courses were adapted. I shall refer that the gluten free bread was the most delicious I ever tasted. For someone that suffers from an intolerance that means a great deal. I think the Michelin Star is well deserved. The food was great, dessert was excellent and the service was flawless. If we lived in Paris we would definitely repeat the experience at least each time menu is changed. Very good experience, hoping to come back again.

10/10Excellent place for a high quality business lunch. The menu is delicately crafted. The service is excellent and prompt. We skipped wine this time so I can’t comment on that. Highly recommended.
