10/10From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious—an all-around wonderful dining experience.

7/10Ambiance and service was amazing. Unfortunately, the food was just not our preferred flavor profiles. I was not a fan of four of the seven total courses had. My husband disliked five of the seven courses. Both of us liked neither of the two desserts. We wanted to remain open minded, but just was not our thing. Thank you Le Baudelaire team for still a great time and a lovely final evening in Paris.

8/10very delicious, but not all dishes were as extraordinary as expected. A bit too comfy seats. Quiet, although an annoying and ongoing noise from the automatic door leading to the kitchen. Sublime service

10/10Amazing chef, food and staff at the hotel. The chef’s creations are beautiful for a 1 star Michelin restaurant. His food tastes like a 2 Star Michelin restaurant. He is also very nice and greeted us.

7/10The service was thorough but cold. Food was beautiful. The bread course was disappointing and I wasn't offered a cheese course for some reason. The wine I ordered was presented as "a burgandy". All in all fine, just not a place I would return to at that pricepoint.

2/10The champagne as not tasty as too sour in La reserve style , and before served a glass of champagne we did try to taste for it. We want to change another type of champagne, but the staff show her face unwilling to change it. And whole dinner she doesn’t bring any smiles to our table. So sad to affect our fine dining experience in Michelle star restaurant.

10/10Simple but fancy setting. The chef’s idea is to create a bond between high end dishes and nature (sphere and rock like dishes), while the food gravitates around superbly cooked vegetables with a reminder of soft proteic and well cooked meat/sea food. Food was great, desserts full of nice surprises. Staff very friendly, young and professional. Strongly recommend!
