Service was great. The rabbit strew was tasty. However, the mussels was mixed between fresh and not-so-fresh. I wish the mussels was better as it was the renowned dish of this place.

An excellent restaurant in Brussels. Highly recommended. Friendly service, generous portions, good quality and reasonable prices for Brussels. A bit out of the way from the city centre, but well worth a visit.

Easily, the food was priority and it is the best in Brussels. You are warmly welcomed and treated like royalty. They say goodbye like you are family. This is the best Brussels has to offer. Do not walk, run to the Le Bistro.

Very nice place, eith original decorations and atmosphere. Good is good, we had garnaakroketten and mussels, and to finish a chocolate mousse. Personnel is very kind and friendly.

We enjoyed excellent moules and frites at Le Bistro Porte de Hal. Highly recommend! Service was friendly, not obtrusive but still attentive.

Service and vibe was great. Food was mediocre. Two of the dishes that we ordered was not good. The grilled prawns was 5-6 pieces which was small for the price. The chicken in the Cesar salad was sauteed and browned.

Manu and his team led by George and Alex are the best in the business. You will not find a more welcoming restaurant in Brussels. Food is simple, traditional and excellent.

The welcome was very warm and friendly, the service from all the staff was good at all times and we really enjoyed the authentic Belgium food. Such a fun buzzing atmosphere to enjoy a meal out with friends. I’d definitely go back.

A good bistro. We went for an early lunch and had the mussels and the ham hock with mustard sauce with a couple of beers. Attentive and friendly service, couldn’t fault it. Surrounding area is a bit grotty and a good 20-25 mins walk from Grand Place so depends on where you are staying, but would eat here again.

I would like to emphasize the amazing, high- level service we received last night for dinner. While it was very busy - I honestly must say that this is one of the best services I have received! Waiter was quick, friendly and really thought of every little detail like true proffesional. Food was also very good and overall amazing experience!
