Staff were so helpful, food was really good. And wine perfect! I definitely will go back

Decent location. We had reserved for 18.30 but appeared at 18.25, a bit sooner but we were not permitted to sit at a table for the reason that restaurant was to open at 18.30. So waited outside in the cold for 5 mins. Letting us in wouldn't harm them.

The service has been extremely kind and attentive, as well as the top quality of food and wine. The location is also perfect, as well as the prices, lowered by the accepted discounts by The Fork. Absolutely reccommended (we have been there on Feb28,2026)

Great experience and food. Although it was a Sunday and the restaurant was very calm, we had a great time. A tip to the restaurant: your menu list here in The Fork is very small, although you have a great and diverse list physically, it would be nice to update ir online too!

Pretty empty when we got in, but filled up quickly. The meat on the boat was great as well as the schnitzel and the pizza. Really loved it. Waiter didn’t speak much English, but we understood everything fine. Even with this, they understood the nut allergy we had on the table and all was well!!!

Lovely visit. We had very low expectations but were happily surprised to find the food both well cooked and the service impeccable. Service minded, quick and helpful. Happy to visit again during our yearly trip to Colmar.

We enjoyed this place. Everything was delicious. And absolutely amazing Reda, who helped us with the choice. Many thanks for his service. If you go to the restaurant, ask Reda. He is the best 😃

Very disappointed. We arrived on time, but were turned away with several rude shrugs. I don’t know if this was an error on the part of The Fork or the restaurant, but either way, the owner/manager was very offhand and stated there was no reservation. He showed us his mobile indicating there were no reservations and that the restaurant was full - which it wasn’t at the time. Even when I showed him our app confirmation and email reminder from The Fork, he was just very dismissive and kept shrugging. So we had no option but to walk away. However, we found a restaurant a few steps away where we had the most fabulous welcome and meal with excellent service.

Quiet area for dinner and the food was very good if you are looking for the local flavour and typical Alsace dishes. Our server was terrific and made the experience even better.

The worst food quality. The food was really heavy, greasy and made of bad raw materials. Not recommended.

We had a lovely meal here. There were very few diners in to start with but it soon filled up and was buzzing by the time we left. We enjoyed the food and our waiter was friendly and had a very good sense of humour. All in all, a very good experience.

food came very fast but cold. choucroutte watery and meat with no taste. roesti with munster boring, fish with sarfran potatoes ok but also quite cold. the waiter was informed but no more reaction then - sorry.

We had an enjoyable meal out on the terrace. The restaurant was busy but the service quite attentive. We made a reservation and we’re glad we had done so, as clearly they were unable to accommodate everyone

I've been at this restaurant with my wife. The personnel was kind and tried to accomodate our requests but I have to say that the food is not of the best quality, nor the atmosphere was nice. The location is very good on the other side, very central next to the cathedral. Prices are definitely too high for the quality that has been served

Nice place, kind service, good food. Some limitations on the menu if you use The Fork. Precise with the discount on the bill. I would come back.
