2/10Very disappointed. We arrived on time, but were turned away with several rude shrugs. I don’t know if this was an error on the part of The Fork or the restaurant, but either way, the owner/manager was very offhand and stated there was no reservation. He showed us his mobile indicating there were no reservations and that the restaurant was full - which it wasn’t at the time. Even when I showed him our app confirmation and email reminder from The Fork, he was just very dismissive and kept shrugging. So we had no option but to walk away. However, we found a restaurant a few steps away where we had the most fabulous welcome and meal with excellent service.

9.5/10Quiet area for dinner and the food was very good if you are looking for the local flavour and typical Alsace dishes. Our server was terrific and made the experience even better.

8/10We had a lovely meal here. There were very few diners in to start with but it soon filled up and was buzzing by the time we left. We enjoyed the food and our waiter was friendly and had a very good sense of humour. All in all, a very good experience.

4.5/10food came very fast but cold. choucroutte watery and meat with no taste. roesti with munster boring, fish with sarfran potatoes ok but also quite cold. the waiter was informed but no more reaction then - sorry.

8/10We had an enjoyable meal out on the terrace. The restaurant was busy but the service quite attentive. We made a reservation and we’re glad we had done so, as clearly they were unable to accommodate everyone

5.5/10I've been at this restaurant with my wife. The personnel was kind and tried to accomodate our requests but I have to say that the food is not of the best quality, nor the atmosphere was nice. The location is very good on the other side, very central next to the cathedral. Prices are definitely too high for the quality that has been served

8/10The location next to the beautiful church has a lot of potential. But unfortunately not much effort had been put into making the terrace cozy. Examples are the paper menu's that served as placemats. And the bright and white lights that illuminated the terrace. The food and drinks we ordered were good to very good, maybe a little on the heavy side (a lot of cheese in theain course). But we were a little disappointed that we were unable to order (non-alcoholic) beer.

9/10Good restaurant, nice location in a very central position. Food was nice and tasty, we only thought the entrees were a bit bigger because we ordered the big portion duck foie gras and there were 2 slices in the plate.

3.5/10The waiter was aggressive when we sat down, not realising his colleague had already shown us to the table. The service was incompetent and very awkward, showing a serious lack of training and aptitude. The drinks took 25 minutes to arrive…The €10 mojito had 1cm of undissolved sugar at the bottom. The food took an over an HOUR to arrive! When it did finally arrive, only one meal of the three was good; we left most of the other two meals on the plate. (Escalope de poulet was good, but the tartare de bœuf was full of mayonnaise, and the sandre fish on choucroute was served with a lump of tomato paste and no cream sauce) The waiter was embarrassed by the delay, and gave us the (not good) mojito on the house, but it was too late to save the restaurant from a bad review. I live in in Colmar, and will NEVER return to this restaurant.

7/10The food it self was good, but they let us wait for more than 40 minutes for the first plate. There was no music until our dessert time, so not so good surroundings.

5.5/10We reserved at table for two at 1:30. It was a BEAUTIFUL day. They sat us inside, big shame. They forgot about us about 3 times (to order, to bring the meal and for the bill). We had to ask what was taking so long. It is really only a tourist place. Very disappointing for our only lunch in Colmar.
