10/10Jacqueline, the owner of Le Bouclard, is always polite, generous and enjoyable. The food is exquisite. Do not miss the Poulet Rosalie and the creme brulee - my favorites. Always a pleasure to be there!!

10/10I went there because I watched the Japanese film about a guy trying out gourmets by chance and one time he went to Paris to help a friend and stumbled upon Le Bouclard to have an onion soup and beef bourguignon for lunch. The food looked so appealing on the huge screen. So when I suddenly had time to come to Paris I thought I'm gonna try it out then! However there was an "accident". After breakfast with croissant, baguette, yogurt and coffee, I was still full at lunch time. I wanted to cry (exaggerated) when the soup arrived because it looked, smelled, and tasted so good. It was hot! (I had one that was not hot at a cafe the other day) It was exactly how I expected it. As for the beef bourguignon, the meat was so tender! The mashed potato was so creamy! I wish I could have more! I regretted so much about having breakfast at all. I couldn't even enjoy the appetiser and could only share the dishes with my mum, who also watched the film and travelled together. I'll be back next time!

10/10The service from the greeting at the door until the final “goodnight” was fantastic, add in an amazing meal worth every sinful bite and you have a relic of Paris living up to its reputation. From the onion soup and grated crawfish to the main dishes which were the chicken and boeuf bourguignon we were full to the brim but we had to have the crème brûlée as it was just singing out to us from the neighbouring table. There is also a decent a wine list available by the glass or bottle. If you’re in Paris make this a stop for a meal.

+4The last time I visited was 7 years ago, and the service as well as the quality of food has always exceeded my expectations. I have made visiting this restaurant a must visit, every time I am in Paris.

10/10We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers (escargots and a terrine) and mains (beef bourguignon and chicken): they were all perfectly executed. The service is professional and welcoming. Cozy atmosphere.

10/10Where to start? Jacqueline welcomed us into their food haven with such genuine gusto that it was impossible to mistake it for anything but the highest form of sincerity and love for hospitality. The food is the natural continuation of this attitude, love was truly present in every bite. We shared 12 snails, that were prepared out of their shell in these cute little escargot trays made from clay. Drowning in butter, garlic and parsley, the traditional Burgundy dish stood out in a city drowning in them. Forgot to add, there were nice little complementary cheese puff pastries that preceded and we ended up dipping both them and the bread into the pools of butter left after their previous tenants moved to our stomachs. Next came the sea bass carpaccio and wild salmon with seasonal veggies accompanied by more free food (!!!) buttery mashed potatoes, perfectly crispy homemade fries and a fresh lamb’s lettuce salad. I’m out of words, but if I had more I would write a book about Le Bouclard.

10/10Amazing dinner and setting! Restaurant staff were super friendly. The best Caesar salad I ever had! The crumble dessert was also amazing. I also appreciated the option of a wine carafe rather than only bottles. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
