Jacqueline , la patronne was welcoming , amusing & attentive. The beef bourguignon was to die for . Everyone in our party had something different & we all thought we had made the best choice . The dishes were very hearty & made us full . The ambience was very French. A great evening in a great restaurant.

The service was amazing, the food was amazing, everybody was extremely kind and helpful. The place was so cosy and there were few tables (intentionally) which made everyone feel so well taken care of. Me and my colleagues still remember that night as our best night in Paris.

Met the owner while we were there and it was such amazing service - but the food, the food was so amazing!! A must (especially if you’re going to see moulin rouge right after super easy to get to) I had the escargot and the beef bourguignon seriously the most delicious food!!

This was the best starters we have had in Paris the foie gras and baked shrimp tail and our mains were wonderful. Pity the view not great. But the food and our hostess made up for it!

The service was immaculate. We aren’t very familiar with wine pairings and we picked a variety of dishes. They were able to help us pick wines that complemented all of our choices. I personally had escargot and beef bolognese, both of which were some of the best I’ve ever had.

I had booked Le Bouclard after reading all the fantastic reviews and I have to say it did not disappoint. Amazing little restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, mouth watering food ( the beef bourguignon literally melts in your mouth) and a fantastic selection of wine. The owner Jacqueline was extremely welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, it’s a gem of a place in lovely Montmartre.
