10/10Parisian restaurant staff can often be a bit prickly but the staff at Le Bouledogue were truly warm and welcoming. I will say the Bœuf Bourguignon was one of the best I've had in Paris, and they had a special Pumpkin Chestnut soup that was out of this world. I will return to this restaurant - maybe even during this same trip - to see what other gems we can discover.

9/10A delightful place with welcoming staff. Service was excellent. The food was excellent for yhe most part, but one main dish was overcooked. Very good wine list. Would definitely go back.

10/10Our hotel recommended this little restaurant. The staff were welcoming and very efficient. The meal was traditional French and a good change from other cafes. Duck was prepared perfectly and the Chicken stew was simple and delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful evening in Paris!

10/10What a charming find! Delightful service and delicious food! White asparagus appetizer was superb. Duck breast au poivre was perfect with the creamiest mashed potatoes. Chicken in a Pot with mushrooms and new potatoes was heavenly. The restaurant was filled with locals…always the best sign. (And they were very tolerant of my attempt to use the very few words I speak in French, but they speak perfect English.)

9/10Between the four of us we had a steak tartare, a faux-filet, and octopues with white beans. All were delicious, we had a Sancerre rouge which was very slightly chilled - I appreciated this as its a light red and we were making the bottle match both fish and meat, it worked well. Our desserts - tarte tatin and raspberry tart - were also good. Only downside was that the restaurant was being prepared rather noisily for shutting up before we had really finished.

2/10Worst restaurant experience in Paris yet. Found a metal staple in my food and the waiter was gaslighting me saying that it was a piece of rosemary. Wasn't looking for a discount, just trying to let them know they have staples in their food. Super rude, mediocre food and snooty atmosphere. Plus our waiter Nicholas loudly talked about us with the bartender and the other waiter while we were in front of them, acting as if we were rude for pointing out that there was a metal office staple in the food. Besides this, the food was mediocre and overpriced and the place was only half full on a Saturday night. You'd be better off going almost anywhere else

Hello Madam, this Saturday you are 30 minutes late, I gave you a table anyway.The restaurant was full this Saturday !!!! I turned down at least 6 tables!My name is Laurent but not Nicolas !!!!!! You had a starter, a main course and a carafe of water for 2 people It's not a metal staple but rosemary !!! What a shame you don't know the difference !!!!! Read the comments of the same day !!!!!There is no doubt about your bad faith Why so much aggressiveness and bad faith !!!!!I thank all the customers who know how to judge a good restaurant !!!!I strongly recommend a fast food restaurant!!!!! I think it would be a better fit for you!!!!!!!!I wish you a very nice day Madam LAURENT.

10/10We had dinner here our first night in Paris because it was down the street from where we were staying and we love bulldogs of course! What a gem! The staff was welcoming, the restaurant is charming and the food was delicious. It was our favorite meal!

10/10In the past 3 weeks we have eaten at Le Bouledogue three times and each time has been excellent. The chef & service at this restaurant is top notch . We have tried the Sirloin Steak, Lamb Chops and Cod entrees and all were delicious and unique. The Salmon appetizer is a must to try and simply superb. You will not be disappointed with any dish on the menu. It will become one of your favorite restaurants.

10/10This is an excellent restaurant with warm and professional service. The delicious food is largely typical French, which is served in a delightful setting. We chose to sit inside to avoid smoking, which is quite common. Highly recommended.

10/10From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and special. There were many tantalizing selections on a complete menu besides the daily specials. We both opted for two versions of DUCK which were perfectly prepared with tasty potatoes and salads as sides Our first course of an endive salad was memorable and tops a world wide salad list . Reason alone to return We have six days in Paris with many meals. No need to try any more. Back to the BULLDOG

9.5/10Fine example of a typical Parisian brasserie. Friendly (though probably slow for anyone not French) service. Excellent food, and not the outrageous prices you'll find in famous brasseries in the 6th. Worth a visit if you're in The Marais, and worth a trip even if you're staying on the Left Bank.

4/10Had a reservation, came in we try to sit in a specific place was told it everything was "reserved, 20 minutes after a group without a reservation got the table previously "reserved " , Steak was without much flavor and 2 out 3 where "chewy " To bad since I move in the neighborhood it could have being my Togo place . Since I eat in restaurants 4 days out of 7 .

7/10We were seated immediately. But it took a long time for our order to be taken. Onion soup was average but portion was large. Foie gras was excellent but portion was small. Veal chop was excellent. Confit of duck was overdone. Staff was accommodating and polite. They were understaffed in kitchen and dining room.

8/10Nice ambiance, comfortable, with friendly pro staff. Good sélection of wine. Reasonable price. My confit de canard was a liitle bit dry, some sauce would be perfect. Otherwise, i reccommend this bistrot!

8/10A very nice, small, and relatively quiet Brasserie. My wife and I both had the chateaubriand, which was delicious. On the down side, we had to wait a long time for service...30 minutes before we were even offered a drink.
