For two young girls visiting Paris this restaurant was amazing. We both felt so safe and comfortable. The food was amazing and quick. We also had some of the best cocktails we've ever had! Definitely adding to my list to come back to and visit next time I visit Paris.

On the final day of our 4-old-woman visit to Paris, we were rewarded by having our final visit meal at Chat Noire. While the prices (as we found pretty much ubiquitously high) were startling, the service and ambiance were par excellence.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar tender was cute and the decorations and atmosphere was not what I expected, but I really liked it. I will go again!

Bland, dry food. No aircondition, so sauna-like temperature inside.
Le Chat NoirWe’re sorry that you were uncomfortable . Like 70% of Paris restaurants our building does not have air conditioning. Unfortunately, during a major heatwave, well-ventilated spaces like our open terrasse and restaurant can become extremely warm. We see the immense effort made by our staff, who continue to serve with care, particularly our kitchen team, who endure the highest heat. Closing the restaurant is impossible having to cancel numerous reservations at the last minute and impacting our team’s livelihood. To be honest you’re the first person who has actually complained about the heat and not realised that it’s outwith our control. We understand the heat was challenging for everyone in France that week, especially when people from Norway are not used to it, but we also hope feedback takes into account the full picture—not just the temperature, but the human effort behind each service.

The waiters were pretty good, the food was delicious and the ambience was great. Really recommend to visit because is a great place with a lot of history!

wonderful service, lovely piano music. All Food was very good except the beef borginiongnon was a bit subpar

Chat Noir was a fun experience with good food, the waiter could have been more friendly, It was Comme ci Comme ca... Don't ever ask for chicken on the goat cheese salad😂😂
