4.5/10The view was amazing and we really enjoyed that aspect of our breakfast. The food was average, warm but not hot. Service was average although the person who greeted us was lovely and very accommodating.

6/10Nice view - but the place needs to be remodeled and refreshed. Really needs a makeover. Food is just “ok” too but you don’t go there for the food you go for the view. My food came out cold and another not cooked. They did comp us a bit for mine- but for the price I still payed not worth it. Ruined the meal.

7/10Dinner visit; views stunning. Food excellent. Service disorganised. Waited more than 15 mins to pay. Atmosphere chaotic: people almost tumbling on top of each other. Toulets absolutely disgusting: only one functioning toilet for hundreds of people. No signs indicating’”out of order”. Crowds near lift an absolute shambles.

9.5/10Was around 1981 first time at Le Ciel de Paris, than 2011 twice and now 2025. There are a little bit to much exotic tourists there which reduces a little bit the pleasure at this fantastic place. Kind regards, W. Höffler

Matt our server went above and beyond…almost like he knew the food was subpar. This place needs a complete renovation, the chairs are falling apart, ripped and battered looking, the carpets stained and the overall ambiance was dim. The only thing this place has going for it is the view..come for drinks and eat elsewhere

2/10The view - that's all that is there. Otherwise, a worn/tired/mediocre experience based on the price. The staff is truly trying their best but are obviously over-worked. Suggest DOUBLING your prices, getting more staff and paying them more, new carpet and other physical improvements. Taking over 30 minutes to get water is unacceptable. another 15 for wine. once our food arrived, the appetizer was great. This could be a great experience, but is certainly NOT now.

5.5/10You are going to this place for the view, not for the food. The view at good weather is incredible. The food is very low quality. We paid 28 Euro per person and got a tiny scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon of which all together fit in my hand. Part of the menu either fruit salad or yoghurt with red fruits, which was in the sealed cup from the supermarket. On top of that you get a bit of bread and small croissants which were surprisingly dry, compared to what we got in the local cafes. waiter was nice.

5.5/10My friend and I wanted to celebrate a special occasion at this restaurant. We sat at the windows with a great view, but other customers were coming up to our table constantly to take pictures. The mocktails were terrible!! It was just juices poured in to a glass. After that we ordered a Campari orange and a amaretto sour. That was also undrinkable, because it tasted like pure alcohol. There was no foam on the sour and no orange juice in the Campari. Never had such bad drinks in a restaurant. After we sent the drinks back, the waiter gave us the an unwelcome feeling. He took over 15min to bring us the menu for desserts and even longer when we wanted to get the check. It was too expensive for a service we didn’t receive. At least we had a good view. We were pretty disappointed by the experience since this is a pretty well known restaurant.

We visited here on our last night in Paris. The food was amazing, our service impeccable and the views were epic. My only complaint were other guests, which clearly the restaurant can't control. While reviews said it was a romantic spot, the loudness of groups were a little disturbing. I could literally hear conversations from a group 6 tables away. On the hour, the Eiffel Tower puts on a great performance. I noticed that most tables weren't event looking. They might as well have visited any other quality restaurant, since the view and ambiance weren't important to them. Dress code is not enforced, which some may appreciate. I find it disrespectful.

6.5/10Easy checkin- great view. Lackluster and dated restaurant. Most people were dressed casual or street clothes. Food presentation was nice, but not spectacular. Wouldn’t recommend for out of town guests looking for a top tier restaurant experience.
