8/10Back of the house was super. Food was excellent, tasty and well presented. Front of the house staff was poor. It appeared the wait staff self-imploded and could not provide a timely check. Such a spectacular venue deserves better execution of the customer experience.

8/10We loved the restaurant's quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The view was outstanding and the food was delicious, making it one of our favourite places to visit again. There was one disappointment, however. We saw one of the staff members pick up a loaf of bread off the floor and put it back in the basket. It was a little disappointing to think that our bread might have been one of those that fell on the floor.

6/10Sad to say that was disappointed with this restaurant. The food and service was below my expectoations. The entry to the restaurant starts with a maze of figuring out what door entry is needed to get in followed by airport style security, so plenty of time is needed to get there on time. The experience didn't set a good impression at the start, particularly as the building is very dated and a little uncared for at the lift lobby. The restaurant also has some evidence of wear and tear in the main areas and at the table. The food was mediocre for French standards and the server felt rushed and lacked a personal touch when serving us. The view however was fantastic which is likely what the diners are paying for. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends if they are foodies. If they want to see the view, l'd suggest going to the observation deck/rooftop access and then dinner elsewhere

10/10We had an amazing dinner at Le Ciel de Paris to close out our week long vacation. We made a reservation in advance and chose the menu Grand Ecran in order to be guaranteed a window seat. Even though it was a pricey choice for four people, the view, service, quality, and quantity of food was well worth the price. We had the sea bass, rump of veal, and pork chops - all were beautifully presented, cooked appropriately, and delicious. The rump of veal was voted our table favorite. We were all full after the starters and main course, but we saw another waiter go by with dessert and just had to try it. Boy, are we glad we did! Some of us had the chocolate dessert and other had the dessert sampler. We'd highly recommend the chocolate dessert! We took what we couldn't eat home and finished it the next day. All of us will remember this meal for many years to come. Between the food, service, and views of the Eiffel Tower and Paris at night, you can't beat it. This was by far our best meal in Europe! We highly recommend a dinner at Le Ciel de Paris, you won't be disappointed.

8/10Food and service good! But be careful with their elevator!!!! So dangerous almost fell and then it was crazy going up and down floor 56 to floor 0 super fast without opening the door at any moment. We had to ask for help but it seemed that happened really often none of the workers were surprised. They opened the elevator doors for us and send us to a “newer” elevator.

6/10The view from the restaurant is amazing, but that’s about it. We went to breakfast and the food was nothing exceptional or tasty. How do you mess up breakfast you ask? Easy they added cream to the scramble eggs, burnt the bacon, and served cold hot chocolate. Seriously if you go just ask for the continental breakfast and enjoy the view

3.5/10I thought the restaurant was overpriced and was unimpressed with the food. Salad was great as was the dessert. Views were amazing. It was hard to communicate with staff as I don’t speak French.
