Calm ambience; welcoming and very attentive waiters (Alan in particular)….explaining every course with interesting details from the chef. Original presentation and appearance of the food and the sublime flavours and textures were amazing….one of the most memorable meals….especially the crab in the ‘egg’. With regards to the amuse bouche….I am not an oyster lover but have now been converted…tender and delicious…thank you.

An exceptional restaurant and superb service. Enjoyable throughout. A knowledgeable sommelier with a great suggestion for pairing. Food: at least one star level. If you’re in Val Thorens and enjoy good cooking make sure you dine here. Many of the dishes have a connection to the area so this is a well-localised menu.

The food and presentation was absolutely lovely, we got an excellent recommendation for the best wine to have with our meals. The ambiance was very romantic. The only thing I could give as possible negative feedback is that we were seated at 20h and we finished with our dinner at 23h30. The service could be a bit faster. But overall we enjoyed it throughoutly.

A very special evening! Vegetarian as well as the normal menu were able to convince us 100%. A lot of small gestures between the courses made this a perfect evening. The vegetarian menu especially is creative and fun. The service is impeccable which is supplemented by the cost atmosphere.

I will say - it is Savoy Fusion cuisine. Awesome experience - place was suggested by Micheline Guide and was not a pinch of disappointment! Highly suggested!
