The restaurant is in a hotel and preference was given to residents in the main dining room, non residents were in an area out to the side with little atmosphere where they were also missed by the few staff. After several problems, the restaurant manager was very apologetic and did all she could to revive an unfortunate meal. They had taken on a whole new tasting menu which had stretched their kitchen and staff too far, I'm certain they will have learned by it
