7.5/10The food was great; the service was not. The waiter was late with our coffee; forgot our water; and failed to recognize one of the guests as they were leaving, giving them as hard time as they tried to use the bathroom on the way out. Definitely not as good as it used to be.

9.5/10I think this one of our favorite restaurants ! The staff and food is just wonderful ! Just on this excate day I don’t know what happened but there was quite a long wait for our meals but the waitress was very kind and we still had a lovely time . We will be back

10/10The Chef is brilliant (there is a new Chef since a few months ago way better than the prior one). Cuisine is EXQUISITE. Delicate produce of extraordinary quality and worked magically with art and best techniques . Recipes that match the season, with perfect cooking and seasoning touch. Always surprising as any dish you try is just impressive . It is rare to find such good places in area. . Service is top notch and the restaurant is very nice with views of lake and lounge style. Absolutely a must !

5.5/10Its an amaizing location the best view decent service but sadly another place in geneva where you need to control well what they are charging you in the bill which ruins a bit the experience for me. They were charging us over 169 chf (after they corrected themselves bc initially they put over 200) for a dish that was meant to be 66chf and had to stand up and go and speak to the waitress and she had no explanation on why the put those numbers.they corrected it after I asked and i appreciate that but is a shame they did this. I dont think this restaurant needs to take advantage of its clients. Hope was a 1 Time confusion but Makes me not want to go back.

6.5/10Great location, easy parking. Nice waiting lounge. Unfortunately ultra slow service. Almost an hour between sit down at table and first course served. Clearly understaffed place. Friendly service but not at level, got sprayed with water each time wine was served. Brought 5 slices of bread for 6 guests, never refilled, etc Funnily you get a message the table is available until 14:15 we got desserts after 15:00… Food is ok but not great. Probably better to choose classic dishes over super elaborated ones. The only very good dish was the dessert.

Dear Sir I'm glad to see that you liked Le Floris. Indeed, as announced when you ordered, some pieces of meat or our whole fish require some preparation and cooking time. We offered you starters or our finger food to share which you refused. Unfortunately, the worldwide shortage of personnel in our sector is difficult to manage, but we do our best with a smiling and motivated team. 5.5/10There was no bartender, so we could not ask for any signature cocktails, also the my ran out of filet the perche.

The signature cocktail "dangeureuse délicatesse" was not available because our supplier is out of the main alcohol. And for our perches, we are very lucky to work with the fisherman from Hermance. When fishing is small, we prefer to be out of stock so as not to offer Estonian perches. See you soon.

7/10Beautiful view over the lake, and a chic mature crowd. Unfortunately, the food was hit-and-miss. The salmon tacos were a joke - basically a few small pieces of marinated salmon on a chip. We were brought the wrong salad but kept it because no one ever came back to our table to follow up. Also, the salad (spinach) was very salty. Our first server informed us that the new menu concept was for sharing plates. However, we ordered a steak and salmon to share, and we were brought small pieces each on individual plates. We thought this was weird given what we were initially told. The fries tasted frozen, but at least the salmon was good. Go for a drink and the view. Be prepared to melt under the sun that beats through the glass panels and don’t have high expectations for the food.

10/10Amazing ambiance and service. We took the dish of the day which was good value - you get what you pay - simple, tasty, filling fare. (I know their à la carte is much more sophisticated! )Desserts were very nice! Will come back!

10/10Measures covid respected.Good parking space available.Fantastic view from the balcony and friendly reception. Could suggest the 19.00 pm service as you can savour the sunset and less convives .
