5.5/10Its an amaizing location the best view decent service but sadly another place in geneva where you need to control well what they are charging you in the bill which ruins a bit the experience for me. They were charging us over 169 chf (after they corrected themselves bc initially they put over 200) for a dish that was meant to be 66chf and had to stand up and go and speak to the waitress and she had no explanation on why the put those numbers.they corrected it after I asked and i appreciate that but is a shame they did this. I dont think this restaurant needs to take advantage of its clients. Hope was a 1 Time confusion but Makes me not want to go back.

Ça n'excuse en rien notre prestation mais sachez que notre équipe a été en effectif réduit ce soir là en raison de deux arrêts maladies soudains. 6.5/10Great location, easy parking. Nice waiting lounge. Unfortunately ultra slow service. Almost an hour between sit down at table and first course served. Clearly understaffed place. Friendly service but not at level, got sprayed with water each time wine was served. Brought 5 slices of bread for 6 guests, never refilled, etc Funnily you get a message the table is available until 14:15 we got desserts after 15:00… Food is ok but not great. Probably better to choose classic dishes over super elaborated ones. The only very good dish was the dessert.

Dear Sir I'm glad to see that you liked Le Floris. Indeed, as announced when you ordered, some pieces of meat or our whole fish require some preparation and cooking time. We offered you starters or our finger food to share which you refused. Unfortunately, the worldwide shortage of personnel in our sector is difficult to manage, but we do our best with a smiling and motivated team. 5.5/10There was no bartender, so we could not ask for any signature cocktails, also the my ran out of filet the perche.

Dear Anna. Thank you so much for your message which allows me to explain to you again and again. The signature cocktail "dangeureuse délicatesse" was not available because our supplier is out of the main alcohol. And for our perches, we are very lucky to work with the fisherman from Hermance. When fishing is small, we prefer to be out of stock so as not to offer Estonian perches. See you soon.
