    Food was not freshly made. It was heated. Quality much lower than the restaurant and prices charged. Not worth it.

    I expected a higher standard given the formal setting. The food tasted fine but lacked depth and was not worth the price. There were stains on the placemats, and while the chairs had a charming antique look, they were extremely uncomfortable to sit in.

    A restaurant in a hotel with a refined atmosphere and excellent service. Food presentation impeccable as well. However, one the dishes, the duck, was not edible. Impossible to chew. We gave it back and they got another that was undercooked and had the sane problem. We stopped complaining because the intention was good. Desserts, cheese and wine were perfect. The settings deserve better tailored dishes. It is not a street brasserie.

    The location is right next to the domaine of Chateau Chantilly, so one could not ask for better. The employees of the hotel and restaurant are extremely accommodating and kind. The food was excellent and the ambiance was relaxed and positive. Already planning my return here.
