7.5/10A restaurant in a hotel with a refined atmosphere and excellent service. Food presentation impeccable as well. However, one the dishes, the duck, was not edible. Impossible to chew. We gave it back and they got another that was undercooked and had the sane problem. We stopped complaining because the intention was good. Desserts, cheese and wine were perfect. The settings deserve better tailored dishes. It is not a street brasserie.

10/10The location is right next to the domaine of Chateau Chantilly, so one could not ask for better. The employees of the hotel and restaurant are extremely accommodating and kind. The food was excellent and the ambiance was relaxed and positive. Already planning my return here.
