9.5/10The ambiance and food were excellent, and the service was good as well. However, I experienced a long wait before being served. The customer service team apologized, explaining that the number of walk-in customers that day far exceeded the reservations. While I appreciate the explanation, better planning by management would ensure timely service for all guests.
