The reviews are impressive and we were so excited to try this restaurant. The food did meet the reviews. The food came out boiling hot. Boiling hot as of it was in a microwave. The chicken dish did not stand up to the reviews. The dish tasted as if the chicken was baked and then , the sauce was added to the chicken. The meal was disappointing. Perhaps the original chef was on vacation.

The restaurant was busy with good ambience but very noisy with a large table close by. It was also very war, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. We probably waited 15-20 mins for a drink which was too long, but once goingvthe food arrived quickly. The starters a bit underwhelming but lamb tagines were decent with great flavour although needed more sauce. Overall a little disappointing compare to many reviews.

What a wonderful find in the heart of Reims. The food was absolutely delicious especially the lamb tagine. We will definitely recommend it to friends visiting.

Excellent food and service. We were looking for unique meal and got it. The restaurant was kind enough to make a fully vegetarian dish that wasn’t even on the menu for my wife. Highly recommend!

Excellent North African cuisine in the heart of Reims. Inventive cocktails (one appropriately with Champagne) and excellent rose wine. I had a marvelous fish tajine. The owner took time to advise on the menu.

Nice place but not the 2nd best in Reims by far! Good service and ok food. But taste and quality was above average but not interesting. Perhaps I don’t like Marokcan food. Missed flavour and salt. Wine OK. Furniture was worn and a bit uncomfortable- sorry

It was one of the best restaurants we have ever visited ( all 5 members of our family were happy). The food is fantastic ! The staff( especially ladies ) are very attentive and helpful!!! It is was visiting !!!!

We really can't recommend this restaurant enough - stumbled on it by accident 4 years ago and have been back every time we've bern in Reims. As always, the food was excellent - great flavours, generous potions - staff were welcoming and the recommended Moroccan wine was absolutely lovely. We will keep coming back!

Excellent food, unfortunately the waitress was alone serving a full restaurant. That meant an hour before we were served even a drink. From that point on however all was good and the food was definitely worth waiting for.

The waiter and waitress were charming, and if a little slow only because every table was occupied. We thought the food was excellent washed down with a nice bottle of Deutz. To be critical Moroccan wine can be excellent, their selection wasn’t so they could improve this area, but in the heart of Champagne surely that will be the no.1 choice.

Excellent service in a beautiful space. Very good options for those who don't eat meat. We ordered a few entrees and the vegetable couscous and loved everything. Leave room for dessert and mint tea!

Fantastic restaurant near the Hotel de ville in the beautiful city centre- the food is authentic and delicious. The service was excellent with the waiter speaking very good English! We will be back on our next visit to Reims. ????

In short: food is great but service takes ages. We were in first and that was our luck but the guest arriving after us had to wait 45 min to order drinks and food. We got quite embarrassed for the other guests waiting that long. Tajin was great, lovely aromas but the service overshadowed our visit. The staff is very friendly but there is just not enough staff.

Great food, although some was a little under seasoned; it is easier to add salt than try to take away so just a minor observation. The service was a little slow due to staff shortage; an unfortunate side effect of covid times. However, the waitress did an amazing job of managing to serve an entire restaurant food and drinks,with a smile and very pleasant demeanour. We tried the Moroccan wine, which they serve a wide variety of. It was a very nice cabernet sauvignon and complimented the food well.
