Poor service. Did not get served and got ignored when requesting service. And after paying and left the restaurant, the a waiter ran out asking if I paid. Of course, this was the only time a waiter paid any attention.

Simply magnificent from start to finish, best burgers in town, lovely selection of cocktails, wine list to the point, excellent service, one little note however, you still need to wait in a queue to get your table as reserving a table doesn’t mean that you can make yourself known to the host and immediately get your table, so booking a table won’t make any difference.

We ordered the sea bass and the waiter came back after a while to tell us they were out of sea bass. It was only 8:00 pm. We were highly disappointed and our second choices were not great.

Would have rated the overall experience in all categories higher but when we saw a mouse more than a few times, the response from the manager was that “it’s normal since the door is opened” mice come in from the outside. No apologies, no can I move you to a different table. We literally had to put up our feet up on a chair.

As you maybe noticed, there has been huge roadworks on the square facing us, and it drove some "little inhabitants" out of the underground from the construction site. This is a very unusual situation that we resolved now, but we're sorry it happened while you were here.

This 141-year old establishment did not disappoint! I ordered the sea bass and the fish was excellent. Honestly, I would have preferred the snow pea pod and green beans to be less cooked, but they were still delicious. For desert, I had a chocolate cake “bar,” not the one with nuts and it was divine. We are only in Paris 3 nights and I’m tempted to return here instead of trying someplace new! Highly recommend!

I made a reservation and got seated and served very quickly. The food was ok. I had a duck pate and steak tartare which barely tasted of anything.

If you're going for the literary and cultural history, just stop and take a picture! It's very expensive for what it is, there is really good food a million other places nearby, and it's mayhem a lot of times. The service is funny/amusing/good: our server steered us away from a certain cocktail (literally saying "you don't want that") which we appreciated. But if you're looking for Ernest and Julia, they are not there. Just wave, smile, and keep walking.
