I had morels as appetizer, fish of the day as the main meal. The morels came cold, like it had been sitting on the counter for quite a while. I sent it back to have it reheated but regretted having done that, since the chef decided to remake the entire dish. The fish was good, but the dessert left much to be desired... The belgian waffles were cold but we didn't have the heart to send it back, risking another 15 minute wait for the chef to decide that he'd remake it. The chocolate mousse was quite dense... Anyway, the chef definitely wasn't in his best element that night.
