Not every 4 star hotel has a dining room worth remembering. But this one does. With an ideal location next to the Alassio Molo, this long established hotel has a kitchen that attracts clients beyond hotel guests. It is delightful to be served by a truly professional wait staff.. The menu is extensive and every dish we have had over several visits has been premium quality. There is a good wine selection. This is high end dining, but you are getting what you paid for.

Italian resort hotels rely mostly on their "captive audience". When the quality and ambiance of their dining room is of a certain level, word gets around and they attract outside clients. As one of the best restaurants along Alassio's attractive waterfront, Ligure Blue merits your consideration. Old school, all of their dishes are delicious and of premium qulaity. Can be expensive, but worth it.

An attractive hotel restaurant with a nice clientele. The service is earnest, the food well prepared, the wine list decent. To a barrage of staff questions is everything OK, the real answer is...almost. Not a destination restaurant, but an agreeable one

It is a wonderful feeling to experience truly professional and highly congenial service again, rarities in many of today's restaurants. The Ligure is a genuinely elegant old school hotel. Their updated restaurant offers well prepared dishes that can and should attract discerning diners beyond the hotel's guests. Prices are fair for the quality offered. Nice variety in the wine list.
