We were the last customers but the owners were patient and extremely pleasant. The food was like from your mama's kitchen if she came from Tripoli, extremely tasty!

The restaurant and staff were lovely. I recommend the meat brik and potatoe brik which are Libyan specialties kind of like a fried calzone. Amazing.

We had a very enjoyable meal. We tried some of the Tripoli specials, including Brick ( a kind of fritter), Lucbia with meat (a kind of bean stew) served with couscous. I was in the mood for a steak and wasn't disappointed - we were served a delicious, tender ribeye, medium-rare, exactly as ordered. The food at Little Tripoli has a homemade touch and the dessert really was - a delicious, creamy chocolate cake made by the owner's daughter. Highly recommended.
