Starter was large pieces of raw carrots, cucumber in a pool of dressing definitely not as described, mains ok, dessert fruit seemed to be left over from breakfast buffet, ordered fries which never arrived

We were expecting to have the summer menu, however when we got there it wasn't offered. When we asked they said it was a lunch time menu only, which wasn't what the website stated. Then another couple came in and had the Summer Menu. Lovely food but disappointed with the lack of awareness of staff.

Spent last weekend in Geneva and had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday by having a nice dinner with my wife. Fantastic atmosphere and service by our host Daniela and our waiter Remi. Thanks to their suggestion we had a fantastic Chateaubriand with its amazing sauce. Thank you, well done

Delicious! Quality ingredients, a lot of creativity with a perfect balance. Several vegetarian, fish, vegan or gluten free options, which is really welcome. Great service and nice atmosphere.

The restaurante is really brilliant. The food and service are excellent, great table with a view of the lake. But we made a reservation through the TheFork app and the restaurant did not see the reservation. We were lucky that there were seats available.

I got to this place often so I’m sad when I have to leave a bad review. Service was just not up to par. Also they serve different types of fries - homemade or microwaved depending on what you order which makes no sense whatsoever from the clients perspective. The fact that it helps them with room service is not my problem when I’m sitting at the restaurant. Finally no manager present and no hope of ever seeing one according to the staff. Pathetic.

This wonderful restaurant is located inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and lives up to that very lofty Ritz reputation. We received excellent service from Eduardo and Julianne. The wine was amazing and paired well with our meal. The veal and truffle mashed potatoes were simply the best ever!

I was back here again after a long time. The menu seems to have been updated with very good choices. The food we ordered was very good and tasty, however I was really disappointed with simpler things at the restaurant. For starters, the server never got our coffee orders correct. When we ordered coffee with milk on the side, we got americanos with no milk, when we had to order the milk again. At the end, when we ordered for our cappuccinos, the drinks we got looked more like cafe au lait. Second, the orange juice, which I confirmed with the staff twice, was not fresh pressed. It was too sweet and artificial with the pulp added later to give it a natural feel. Finally, with a brunch offer costing 72 pp, the restaurant also charged us for bottled water. This is not the case at other restaurants along the lake, where you go for brunch/breakfast. Overall a very tepid experience this time, than previous times. Surely, giving this a miss for future brunches.
