Lovely room with some views. Took a long time to even get a glass of water. Food took a long time too, only two people working the entire dining room. Risotto is their specialty and with much ceremony, was too rich to eat. Bad recipe or table-side prep. Won’t go back there.

they literally forget us, it was a business dinner and we ordered the wine, it came after 40 minute when we asked for it and they came with another wine.... service was really terrible, but the food was great and the atmosphere as well

Starter was large pieces of raw carrots, cucumber in a pool of dressing definitely not as described, mains ok, dessert fruit seemed to be left over from breakfast buffet, ordered fries which never arrived

I really do enjoy the restaurant.

The food was good but not great. The service from the waitress was excellent however the waiter kept forgetting our requests for butter, for the check etc.

We were expecting to have the summer menu, however when we got there it wasn't offered. When we asked they said it was a lunch time menu only, which wasn't what the website stated. Then another couple came in and had the Summer Menu. Lovely food but disappointed with the lack of awareness of staff.

Spent last weekend in Geneva and had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday by having a nice dinner with my wife. Fantastic atmosphere and service by our host Daniela and our waiter Remi. Thanks to their suggestion we had a fantastic Chateaubriand with its amazing sauce. Thank you, well done

OK food. Didn't find it special. Expected a bit more from Ritz dining room. Was a bit disappointed.
