10/10what a beautiful restaurant! i love all the crystal stemware, tablecloths, plaid upholstery, and velvet drapes. our server was outstanding and the food was delicious! love the playlist-perfect music for the setting. overall it was an extremely satisfying experience and we will return! ♥️

9.5/10A little gem of a restaurant. Staff very helpful and welcoming. And a very unusual (fish-based) menu - what we ordered was really well cooked, and tasty. Well worth seeking out.

10/10Excellent!!! Food was delicious. Atmosphere was charming. Service was warm and friendly (unlike many other restaurants-they really stand out for making one feel comfortable and at home.) Well done and thank you for a wonderful evening!!!

10/10Very stylish restaurant with a particular and welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly service. Great and exceptional dishes with - IMHO - a slight Japanese touch. It‘s a restaurant, where you get something different with an utmost high quality. We will come back.

6/10Food quality was good, service was terrible, waited 25 mins for main course and ordered it at the beginning of the starters. Risotto was terrible.sat with empty drinks for 20 minutes

10/10Fantastic “hidden gem” that far exceeded my expectations. The “taster” starter was superb and my risotto was really good. My partner was equally delighted. If you don’t mind a short walk from the main area, and a looking for sea food, definitely book here

10/10+2Me and my family holiday in Viareggio every year and we always return to Lucifero for a meal twice in that week. We are welcomed back every year the service, the food and value for money cannot be beaten. Eating here is a must do and I highly recommend it.

10/10We really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant! Ordered the risotto, and a sparkling wine which the waiter recommended, and it sure met our expectations. For dessert, we had a very good espresso martini. The seating area inside was really cool and cosy, maybe a bit noisy outside, due to the road. Service was very good, but took some time to get the bill. However, very pleased with both food, drinks and service, all in all. Would definitely recommend!

10/10Second time we have visited this restaurant on our holiday this year. We come back as a family every year because this restaurant is the best in Viareggio. The owner is always so welcoming and knows our love for his Pavlova. Ricardo served us tonight and made us his signature cocktails which were incredible and he was wonderful and his service was excellent. The chef and their dishes are incredible the food is perfection. We will definitely see you next June and we highly recommend anyone to visit this hidden gem.

10/10My family visit from England every year to Viareggio and the first thing we do after we book our flights and apartment is book Lucífero. This restaurant is perfect. The food is out of this world, the atmosphere is cosy and homely and the owner is so friendly welcoming us back every year. I thoroughly recommend you visit this restaurant.

10/10We have been going to Lucifero for years. It's the perfect restaurant for a delicious dinner with friends or a romantic evening. They consistently deliver exquisitely prepared food, lovely ambience (outside and inside), and attentive service. Making a reservation at Lucifero always results in having a perfect evening. 9.5/10The food was absolutely PERFECT! There is no doubt on the top quality of the ingredients. Original and pure taste, everything prepared with passion and style to achieve this excellent result. The service was very good, apart from one detail that we found extremely strange; we were served from start to end by two spontaneous and kind but yet well informed and professional girls, all perfect. The bill instead was brought by a man we didn’t see till that moment, asking for how we wanted to pay ... We guessed he must be the owner of the place ... it was a strange. and very uncomfortable situation; if he was reallythe boss I would advise him rather to serve at least a drink or desert before coming to ask for the payment ...

9/10Short-notice decision to book a table after a longer stay in Viareggio than expected. Quality of the food was excellent, amouse gueule was a pleasant surprise. Minor things to improve though: 2 items were wrong (1 instantly fixed, other insisted to be the right product which is was cleary not (as seen later on the table next to us) -> 1 service person missing for the amount of tables imho. Would still highly recommend to eat at the place.

10/10Hands down the best dinner we had in Viareggio. The restaurant looks very nice with a great atmosphere and friendly service. We ordered the Chef's Menu of 5 courses and ended up with a delicious dessert (really, the Pavlova is amazing!), but in general, we've been pleasantly surprised by the quality and the taste of every single one of the dishes. In 2 words: highly recommended!

8/10Very lovely place with cozy atmosphere. Great food and even better wine list! Be prepared to wait for the food a little longer, but it's not hard over a glass of wine or a cocktail. Ver nice and attentive staff. Will go back for sure!

6.5/10The fresh fish was really fresh and served very nice. The pasta was a bit particular different from typical Italian style. The tagliata of tuna was cooked too much. The disappointed thing ,which is really changed my mood, was the pasta al pomodoro , which owner of the restaurant offered to cook for my child because she regretted the pasta from normal menu- sweet and appreciate? - yes! Of course nobody prepared the real source, just something simple for the child, which is normal, and still it is appreciate, but the price was more than strange for this- 10€. I am living 6 years in the centre of Florence, one of the most expensive city in Italy, also traveling a lot in Italy, first time during my restaurant experience I find smth like this... Everyone is able to do what he wants with food and prices in his restaurant, but I find it very offensive.
