The waiters did not know what they were doing the steak was like shoe leather and the lady on reception was very rude when we asked to split the bill, the head waiter did not listen just talked over us , will not recommend, very poor

Siamo veramente dispiaciuti per la sua totale, ma incomprensibile insoddisfazione. Abbiamo cercato in tutti i modi di soddisfare le sue richieste, ma purtroppo a questo punto capiamo che qualsiasi sforzo sarebbe stato vano, perché forse il problema non era tutto nostro! Dopo averla servita in quattro, nella terrazza più bella di Porto Cervo, offerto gratis un secondo filetto di bufalo di qualità eccelsa, con cottura perfetta, alto quattro centimetri e con frollatura di venti giorni, quindi impossibile definirlo “suola di scarpe”, ci sentiamo offesi! Per l’impiego che abbiamo riposto nel servirla e nel nostro reale interesse nel chiederle se andava tutto bene, la sua risposta è stata: Benissimo! Capiamo bene che al giorno d’oggi fare i LEONI DA TASTIERA risulti più semplice, ma non è altrettanto ammirabile! Voler per forza ferire senza motivo chi nel proprio lavoro ci crede e continua a crederci e a impegnarsi anche per migliorare,nonostante le difficoltà del periodo.Cordiali saluti Lostaffsalaecucina

The location is fantastic, with a view from the patio of the entire Porto Cervo harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful, even for a couple of Americans with terrible Italian. And the food was outstanding, especially the sea bass special…prepared table side straight from the oven roasted in a salt crust. Mmm.

Nothing went well. The head waiter threw his shoe to the window to kill a bug during our di nner. They brought my son the wrong dish, they gave my husband the wrong utensils for his dinner and instead of giving 4 menus they gave us 4 wine lists. Lastly they charged us a 60 euro service charge for 4 people when online it states the service charge per person is 7 euro.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, by the way it was not a bug but it was a bumblebee that stung a person and was very sick, before writing make sure of things, and it is true that with the internet we have given word to legions of keyboard lions

I found Lucina via TripAdvisor and the reviews were a little mixed. We walked up the hill and it was worth every step for the incredible sunset views. We delayed our dinner and took sundown cocktails out on the deck. The restaurant and bar team could not have been more helpful. Dinner was a delight. Mauricio the head waiter was happy to provide recommendations which were perfect! We were given the best seats in the house, the octopus and fish were delicious and the tiramisu with the espresso to pour, was the best I’ve had. What truly made the evening was Mauricio and the team. They were enviting, funny and passionate about their food and wine. This is a must do!

I’ve been there with my fiancée when we arrived we asked to be seated in the terrace and we have been told that to be seated there we needed to book at least one day in advance, 10 minutes later we have noticed they were moving other guest from indoor to the terrace. During the dinner the ambience wasn’t the best, there was a girl (I guess the head waiter or supervisor) overstressed and pissed with the other waiters. Telling off to them like if we weren’t there. So bad that at one point she pushed one of the waitress telling her to go out to take fresh air, we were shocked and we felt really uncomfortable, that we decided to cancel one of the course of our meal and to leave as soon as possible. I work in hospitality and this is not really the right attitude for a senior position, especially in front of the guests. Another point I’ve noticed, she couldn’t speak English, I don’t think is acceptable in a popular holiday destination like Porto Cervo.
