Without knowing the background of the people running this restaurant, it is still a very good place to go. Service, obviously the biggest challenge, is OK and promising.

We had a great time at Luna Blu. We had an 8:00 pm reservation and had the place to ourselves. It was difficult to figure out how to actually get up to the restaurant and where to park ( several roads go off at different angles very near the restaurant). The food was great and we had a good time with our waiter.
