7.5/10The food and service was good, nice experience. Then the bill comes and they charged us 80 francs for water!!!! We asked them for tap water. That’s a lot of money for water!!!! Left a bad taste and ruined the experience.

7/10Beautiful dining room, but atmosphere a bit ‘stuffy’. Team were not very welcoming at first as we didn’t fit with the very smartly dressed clientele in the restaurant - but warmed up and were friendly. Brasserie menu and food a bit out of kilter with the fine dining decor and atmosphere they seemed to be cultivating. Very pleasant meal but not up to the high standards of many other Zermatt options.

10/10+1Wonderful service, delicious food and a gorgeous dining room! We felt welcomed and comfortable even though it was fancier than our typical dinner out. Highly recommended the red blend wine, the snails, the goat cheese salad and the wagyu cheeseburger.

7/10We were in awe of the restaurant’s beauty. The service was excellent, they made us feel welcomed. They were skilled and professional and added to the ambiance of our dining experience. Some of the dishes left us very underwhelmed. Three of us ordered the Tort which was delicious but it wasn’t a traditional tort. The toppings are on a cracker like based pizza and overpriced. One of us ordered a steak which he described as being “ok”. The flavors were there with all of our food but this was definitely not our favorite dinner. We have had far better meals for less.

7/10With a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn, the atmosphere was phenomenal. The lamb special was spectacular, but our other dishes were simply above average. Our group of four Americans was disappointed in the service. Our server barely spoke English and confused a quiche with a flatbread. Our food did not come out at the same time. In fact, the dishes came out of order. She never checked back with us after the food arrived, and my husband had to track our down to order more drinks. The poor service outweighed the atmosphere and food. So frustrating. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

10/10With beautiful weather to accompany the evening, we had the most attentive service, the most delicious torts, a spectacular PERCH, although the rack of lamb next to us look devine. Yum! Could have stayed all night 😊

8/10DISHES WERE DELICIOUS ! Sitting location was not ideal. Despite a lot of empty tables, I was put close by a screaming kid :( Service need some work as my waitress had difficulty explaining every dishes. She was so confused.

10/10We enjoyed the foie gras with kumquats and carrot soup as appetizers. Their rolls are so delicious. The veal was cooked to perfection and the octopus salad was perfectly presented and so well balanced. All the staff were professional and helpful. The ambiance of the room was wonderful and we could carry on a conversation with ease. I definitely recommend Lusi Brasserie for a evening for two or a family.

10/10A wonderful restaurant. Exquisite food and excellent wine. Although the staff were busy - it was the downhill World Cup ski preparations making Zermatt very crowded - the staff worked hard to make us feel very special. Lavish, airy dining room. We loved every minute of Lusi Brasserie at the Zermatterhof Hotel and will be back.

10/10We booked this without much research. We spent the previous two weeks in Paris and had some nice meals. But Luci was the best. We were immediately impressed with the overall ambiance of the dining room. The service was far more than expected. It was excellent. The food was amazing and the recommended wine pairings were spot on the whole meal. The entire experience was absolutely outstanding. Honestly, I nearly cried the food and wine was so good! One of the best meals we have eaten anywhere ever!

10/10Couldn’t secure a reservation anywhere else but we sure lucked out with Lusi! Fabulous! Salads were fresh, tomato soup creamy, snails had the right mix of garlic and basil. Pork cheeks were tender, beef filet cooked perfectly with divine au poivre sauce. Got fooled on the tarte—thought it was quiche, turned out to be a flat bread pizza. Two of us split it and we still had leftovers. Great atmosphere, attentive service, delicious food—-all in all a great find!

10/10We came to the Lusi on a Sunday lunchtime. A welcome worthy of a palace, great helpfulness and professionalism of the two people who served us (Anna, the trainee, smiling and efficient and Plama, the waiter, particularly professional and friendly). We chose a salmon tartar of great freshness and delicately seasoned, a wienerschnitzel - the best of my life- all in lightness and subtlety, and a niçoise salad interpretation of this great classic, particularly refined. The dessert was a mille-feuille, light, crispy, with a deep vanilla taste, again the best of my life (lucky day), which was above anything I have ever tasted, even in Paris). The decor is what you would expect from a great historic alpine hotel, cosy and subtile. You will feel immediately at home. Go for it!

9/10Great menu, great food, great presentation, great service. Unfortunately for us, this was blemished by the policy of allowing smoking outdoors which seems to be all too common in this beautiful country.
