When we arrived we waited for a long time with no information (~30 minutes), even though we had a reservation. Nobody came to ask us about the reservation or give us details. We stopped a rushed waitress and asked her about what should we do and she said to wait for her colleague, no other details. I understand they cannot fully predict how long the people eating will stay at a table, but it would have been nice to get some guidance, a menu, and some drinks maybe, in the meantime. I experienced far better service in this scenario when I didn't even have a reservation. The pesto appetizer and the pizzas were great, it's a shame for the service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas with a bottle of perfectly decent wine. We could not really agree with the multiple reviews proclaiming this to be world class award worthy pizza, but it definitely was quite good. The service was prompt and to a certain degree charming. Unfortunately we felt a bit shortchanged at end of the meal with a measly measure of vintage port in an inappropriate glass.
