7/10When we arrived we waited for a long time with no information (~30 minutes), even though we had a reservation. Nobody came to ask us about the reservation or give us details. We stopped a rushed waitress and asked her about what should we do and she said to wait for her colleague, no other details. I understand they cannot fully predict how long the people eating will stay at a table, but it would have been nice to get some guidance, a menu, and some drinks maybe, in the meantime. I experienced far better service in this scenario when I didn't even have a reservation. The pesto appetizer and the pizzas were great, it's a shame for the service.
