The ambience and staff service in the restaurant was really nice, however the food was poor. It was not freshly cooked other than maybe the scallops, and luke warm or outright cold. The desserts were amazing though. It’s a pity as the staff are really nice but seriously issues in the kitchen, not acceptable at this price level and being endorsed by Michelin.

Too expensive for the quality of food and what was served. Chicken was cold, it was sent back and came back tasting even worse. There was debris in plain hot water for tea. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Having lived in China for several years, our dinner literally brought us down memory lane. The presentation of the dishes is innovative and the flavors unbelievably authentic. Definitely on our 5 star list.

Our party of 4 enjoyed a nice dinner at this restaurant and we particulary appreciated the amazing Xiao Long Bao Pork entrée and incredible Smoked Duck Magret main dishes. The decor is lovely and very refined. We were seated towards the back of the restaurant and the noise level was a little noisy but totally acceptable. The 2 waiters were friendly and helpful but clearly, insufficient in number for the size of the restaurant when full. During our meal the service was both very slow and inconsistent, and sadly this detracted from an otherwise great dining experience. Despite this, the Xiao Long Bao and Duck Magret dishes were so delicious it is very likely we will try this restaurant again at some point in the future…

The service was impeccable. Everyone was warm, kind, and helpful with guiding us through the menu. The food itself was excellent - the best duck I've ever had! Soup dumplings were perfect temperature, and the side of noodles were deliciously seasoned and perfectly chewy. This was my favorite meal of my first trip to Paris!

Food was original but to be honest not to my taste, and I’m usually quite daring. The pork breast was very fat, the noodles had a very weird taste. My son could not eat anything. A bit disappointed considering the reviews I read. The restaurant is also very loud.

Best service! The food was a nice combination of French & Asian cuisine. The Lamb starter & the soup dumplings amazing. As someone who doesn’t eat lamb meat I loved them! The meat was tender & the spices were full of flavor. We got the crème brûlée which had aa unique flavor & not too heavy. The main dishes were very average, the duck was okay but too oily. If you don’t like French food or need some flavor in your food or like Asian food this is the place to eat.

Our visit to Madame Fan was a complete joy. The tasting menu accompanied by the wine pairing gave us the opportunity to assess the full range of the restaurant's full capabilities. While the food was excellent, the selection of the wine pairings and the explanations of what we would be drinking and why it was selected, made the evening extra special.

Amazing experience at Madame fan ! This relaxed atmosphere was the best to end our saturday. The delicious food was matching perfectly with the wine. And I really want to thank the staff for their kindness.
