We had an amazing server Loïc who guided through the menu and gave us several recommendations. The red bean mousse was a delicious, creative dessert that showcased the restaurant's Chinese and French infusion!

After the starters were served, we waited about 40 minutes for the main dishes. Almost all the dishes were only warm, some even a bit cold. I can only say that maybe this is Chinese food made for French people.

It was a nice place to have lunch with my family. The taste is really from China which is really different from the other Chinese restaurants in Paris. The staff was great and could answer any need that we have. Thanks again to them to improve our experience at their restaurant.

We ordered the tasting menu with the wine pairing. It was not worth it. The food was pretty good, the xlb’s were fine, about average for what we get in San Francisco, but they were supposed to be the first course. They brought us the salad and then the sauce for the xlb’s and then the xlb’s, I wasn’t sure what to do. Then we sat for over a half hour, no food, no attention, empty glasses, and when they finally picked up the chop sticks I asked why and the waiter was surprised we hadn’t had our beef cheeks, which were very tender as they should be and quite tasty, a bit too much soy sauce for me. The sake and wine were excellent but overall, it was amateurish for the price. Would recommend sticking with a la carte and keeping service expectations low. Do not go for the tasting menu. They have no idea how to pull that off. We may have been the first people to ever try it.

We had a delightful family dinner at Madame Fan. The fusion Chinese food was excellent and the service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is quite comfortable and the decor elegant.

Wow whatever transformation was done to FANFAN to create this new GEM was highly successful. Great duck with subtle SPICE. Great DANDAN- fresh , spicy and delicious. Sake to enhance every bite. Noe our top go to ASIAN In Paris.

Madame Fan is always a safe bet. The team are incredibly attentive. Food is well presented and packed with flavour. Everything on the menu is delicious. If you have space for dessert go for the pear!

The ambience and staff service in the restaurant was really nice, however the food was poor. It was not freshly cooked other than maybe the scallops, and luke warm or outright cold. The desserts were amazing though. It’s a pity as the staff are really nice but seriously issues in the kitchen, not acceptable at this price level and being endorsed by Michelin.
