7.5/10Extremely slow service, took one hour to get one dish and the restaurant wasn't full. Took ages to pay, had to go to cashier myself. And one dropped my knife and never brought a new. Inattentive to the extreme

4/10Had been looking forward to this but was really disappointed. My starter of scallops was ok but my main (fish) was lukewarm when it arrived and had some unexplained (cold) blue stuff in the middle. My potatoes arrived after I’d finished my meal. The manager apologised and explained that both waiting and kitchen staff were inexperienced (and took something off the bill) but still very disappointing.

10/10We have had the most amazing night at Maestro - our best evening in Rome. The food quality was superb, as were the cocktails. To complete the experience the service was exceptional. Don't miss Maestro during your time in Rome!

9.5/10This was our third dinner at Maestro Bistrot and both the food and service were excellent. There were 4 of us and everyone enjoyed their dishes: fish, duck and gnocchi. The desserts were fabulous. We continue to be impressed by this restaurant!

10/10This was our second dinner at Maestro and we were, again, impressed with the food, the service and the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this Bistro!!!!

3/10Thaís Restaurant is very very disappointing and certainly not worth the money nor the wait. We waited 45 minutes just for our order to be taken and after it finally was, when the food finally arrived, it was so underwhelming that it makes it really not worth it. The food tasted like meh: not good, not bad… but seriously: I have cooked better tasting food in my home… and I am not even good at cooking. We received such bad service for a check that went up to 132 euros… so very disappointed in this place. I don’t see how anyone leaves a good review, considering that the guests next to us had the same experience. Fortunately they left before they ordered food. We had to stay because we had already ordered and it was raining and we had so much hunger and nowhere else to go… but frankly, what a disappointment

9.5/10This is a great restaurant with attentive service. We have been here twice for dinner during our stay in Rome and may sqeeze in one more meal before we go home. There is a good range of meals to choose from - everything we have chosen - starters, mains and desserts has been genuinely delicious. Thank you.

10/10We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful Bistrot. The wait staff was great and the food was outstanding. They do nice little things for you. For example, they brought out a little palate starter followed by the Salmon appetizer which was outstanding. My wife enjoyed the duck breast and I had the pork ribs, both outstanding. We has a ricotta torta for dessert that was the perfect ending to a great dinner. The staff were all friendly, knowledgable and wanted feedback on all the dishes. Do yourselves a favor and have a dinner at Maestro Bsitrot!!!
