Extremely slow service, took one hour to get one dish and the restaurant wasn't full. Took ages to pay, had to go to cashier myself. And one dropped my knife and never brought a new. Inattentive to the extreme

Had been looking forward to this but was really disappointed. My starter of scallops was ok but my main (fish) was lukewarm when it arrived and had some unexplained (cold) blue stuff in the middle. My potatoes arrived after I’d finished my meal. The manager apologised and explained that both waiting and kitchen staff were inexperienced (and took something off the bill) but still very disappointing.

We have had the most amazing night at Maestro - our best evening in Rome. The food quality was superb, as were the cocktails. To complete the experience the service was exceptional. Don't miss Maestro during your time in Rome!

This was our third dinner at Maestro Bistrot and both the food and service were excellent. There were 4 of us and everyone enjoyed their dishes: fish, duck and gnocchi. The desserts were fabulous. We continue to be impressed by this restaurant!

This was our second dinner at Maestro and we were, again, impressed with the food, the service and the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this Bistro!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful Bistrot. The wait staff was great and the food was outstanding. They do nice little things for you. For example, they brought out a little palate starter followed by the Salmon appetizer which was outstanding. My wife enjoyed the duck breast and I had the pork ribs, both outstanding. We has a ricotta torta for dessert that was the perfect ending to a great dinner. The staff were all friendly, knowledgable and wanted feedback on all the dishes. Do yourselves a favor and have a dinner at Maestro Bsitrot!!!
