9/10The service was incredible, the ambiance was lovely. Regarding food, we got as starters rhe croquetas de jamon and the octopus starter. Both of them absolutely delicious, the reduction on the octopus was delicious and the grey alioli was an impressive touch. Then as a main course we got the shrimp burgers with guacamole. Was expecting something fancier than literal shrimp on top of a supermarket bun. The bun was not properly toasted, the guacamole seeped into it and made the whole burger very mushy. It was rather unpleasant as a texture. The taste was fine. Then as dessert we got the flan catalan and the caffe gourmande. The caffe gourmande was just ok, coffee machine product. The flan was not set yet so it was very soupy. From the starters, to the main and then the dessert, the experience kept losing points. The starters though, they were truly impeccable. Would 100% recommend the starters and I would stay away from the shrimp burgers.

9/10The food was great but when I chose to have my meal as a main course instead of a starter ( a cauliflower ) I basically had one and a half cauliflower… A bit disappointing but everything else was great 👌🏾

10/10Frantz and his collueges gave us a wonderfull experiences. The food was excellent, so was the wine, and the kindness and hospitality of the staf was of a high level. Great prep for Bal National which was only a 10 min walk from the restaurant.

10/10Food here is excellent! Better than just basic dishes, which is what we were looking for. Wine offerings are great as well. We had lovely severs and really enjoyed the experience.

6.5/10It is a nice place but the menu is limited and the service could be slightly better. When we arrived somehow they had no record of my reservation so we were kept a long while before another staff member confirmed we had registered. We were not offered any apology or drinks in the mean time; But the place is nice place to be on a sunny day.

7.5/10Excellent food, but even if the service was extremely friendly, there were just too many mistakes (an dish that was forgotten, a coffee that was said to be offered to apologise for the delay but was billed anyway, an aperitif that was never ordered but showed up on the bill…).

7/10The restaurant needs a bit of refreshment and is in need of more staff to keep up it's lux image that it portraits in its ads and photo's. The pictures of the terrace have been taken in the total beginning when the designer had laid out the premises. If you go now, the whole setting has been changed. More tables and not so loungy any more. It feels like the designer is not anymore consulted unfortunately...The food is good and the BBQ - grill is a nice add on to the cuisine and offer. The service is very slow. The staff is pleasant and correct for this type of hotel restaurant but very understaffed. Hence long waiting times and poor service level. The airco didn't work during a hot summer evening and the toillets and sink were blocked. Strange for a 4 star hotel and Sofitel level. I hope the management will give more attention again to the restaurant and terrace because it is a shame that it is let a bit on the side.

8.5/10Food was good, interesting taste combinations. Entrance to the restaurant was not easy to find. We made a booking via fork with 30% discount on food, but discount was never applied.
